Thirsty Lizard 3,169 Posted March 16, 2019 It is kind of weird how Ipswich are stuck in this Groundhog day of draws. Exactly the same thing happened at Stoke last season when Lambert took them down.
glory.win or die. 270 Posted March 16, 2019 To be fair they do seem to have been playing well and have been harder to beat for a while now. Lambert is constantly saying how well they are playing. God help them if they ever get in to a bad run of form.
K Lo 226 Posted March 16, 2019 I'd be happy if they drew every game from now until the end of the season. They'd still go down and take 2 points off Sheff U & Leeds.
GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 1,793 Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) No wins in 12....2 wins in 24 for Lambert I call bullsh!t Edited March 16, 2019 by GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary
ricardo 7,395 Posted March 16, 2019 Getting harder to beat. Lets hope they keep it up😀
Darth Canary1 91 Posted March 16, 2019 He's got them playing a lot better with a bit of belief in the players, unfortunately hardly any of them will be there next season!
Icecream Snow 761 Posted March 16, 2019 Having just watching the highlights, it looked like a pretty poor game between two games struggling to score. Their midfield looks good, with some sharp incisive passes and running off the ball, but they haven't got a striker or a winger who can strike the ball cleanly. When they score, it's either a header, or bundled into the goal. https://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/competitions/championship/11667546/ipswich-1-1-nottingham-forest I know Lambert's the eternal optimist but he's really losing the plot. Iwans Big Toe 312 Posted March 16, 2019 I noticed they have a thread titled: If you were to sum this season up in an image The answer is:
Rock The Boat 1,332 Posted March 16, 2019 no losses in six for that lot. They may possibly, just maybe, overhaul bolton. Would they see that as some sort of victory?

They've gained 1 point on Bolton (and Millwall, Swansea & Birmingham) in the last 5 games. Gained *2* points on Bristol City !!!! Same no. points in last 5 as Wigan, Blackburn & Middlesbrough (!!) Lost ground on all other teams.
cornish sam 960 Posted March 17, 2019 I think they may overhaul Bolton, but just because the future is starting to look very bleak for Bolton even being able to finish the season!
