Herman 9,837 Posted May 1, 2023 I was in the V&A yesterday and the sign "Please Don't Touch" kept reminding me of the old Motorhead classic. A day later and 6 has just played it. It's dated very well.
keelansgrandad 6,679 Posted May 2, 2023 Great song, still sounding as good as ever. But you must look at 1.09 2

The Raptor 1,239 Posted May 12, 2023 On a Muppet binge after watching the new series. There's not a better fictional band than the electric mayhem. Original song wise the new series isn't the best. There's no new stand out song. A good new version of can you picture that then covers mainly. This is ok These are from the great Muppet caper.

We’ve raised a house of Turin Brakes fans, I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve seen them live, and they never fail. The Optimist has to be one of my top ten albums.

sonyc 5,541 Posted May 13, 2023 (edited) I'm not your dog. Sold off quite a few LPs to local shop recently (downsizing everything) and a Church one was amongst. Loved them in the late 80s/ early 90s. Dragons - Paddy McAloon Hendra Ben Watt. (EBTG have a new album out this month after 20 odd years). Edited May 13, 2023 by sonyc
keelansgrandad 6,679 Posted May 14, 2023 This band had it sussed for a while. Keep it simple. Write a repetitive, catchy melody.

I sold the ones I just no longer listened to FF and saved the ones I just still have an emotional attachment to (the fella offered me £5 for each and later in the month I noted one was listed for £100! Shouldn't have looked😐). I may have some more later I may decide to release to create a bit more space and if so I will PM you.

Ha! I had a t shirt of the same, I would wear it for gigs then hide it away in the bottom of the wardrobe out of the sight of parents' prying eyes.
