Fuzzar 1,702 Posted May 27, 2016 I share the same concerns as Hairy. If he''s still picking up Premier League wages he''ll have to do the job of two strikers.
Badger 2,405 Posted May 27, 2016
@BadgerHe didn''t really score that many from midfield in the Premier League. His best season for Everton saw him get six goals.
According to Wiki he scored 25 from 123 appearances for Everton - about a goal every five games, which is certainly useful. There is good reason to hope that he might increase this ratio in the Championship.
AJ 1,219 Posted May 27, 2016 Good news if true, and something that for some reason a lot of people including myself were not expecting him to come out and say. He has bags of experience and is a very good alternative to Hoolahan who surely won''t be able to start every game with his age against him.Whilst we all know he was a little poor during the final run-in, he showed glimpses of what he can do and after a summer of rest and some bonding in pre-season, hopefully we can get him firing! foxruels 1 Posted May 27, 2016 Wait a minute. He hasn''t actually said he is staying at Norwich, has he? The interview looks like it was about the Scotland team.
ZLF 274 Posted May 27, 2016 did he refer to Norwich in the third person in that interview?

Chip20 69 Posted May 27, 2016
Wait a minute. He hasn''t actually said he is staying at Norwich, has he? The interview looks like it was about the Scotland team.
Nope, he didn''t state categorically that he is staying. I think the point is that he indicated he wasn''t as unhappy being off-loaded to Norwich as some on here have been speculating and that he is unlikely to be poached by any other worthwhile [to him] team given his performances in the yellow shirt and the money the Club would wish to recoup should he wish to jump ship mid-contract.
