pete 371 Posted June 10, 2016 City stop getting full houses even when playing the likes of Rotherham. 22,000 season ticket holders ensures the club will not change as they feel everyone is content perhaps we need to agree en bloc to boycott one particular match against a lesser light. Unlikely to ever happen we could however arrange for a significant number not to attend if ST holders can organize themselves.
hogesar 10,754 Posted June 10, 2016 Okay, but can you help me with one thing. What are we boycotting against??? What change do we want at the club??!
Lessingham Canary 108 Posted June 10, 2016 Question Pete, are you one of the 22,000 ST holders you refer to ?
Indy 3,471 Posted June 10, 2016 Things have certainly changed......Bowkett & NcNally have gone!Is it that the City fans have fallen into the mindset of the board? No pressure applied, we''re all happy to keep afloat, punching above our financial muscle? As for our owners, well 20 years in charge treading water while other clubs have had big investment and gone flying others gone tumbling, it''s easy not take the gamble. Duncan Edwards 2,424 Posted June 10, 2016 Good idea. We should send a strong message that we won''t be happy unless we win EVERY week. I for one refuse to go until this condition is met and then if we lose a game I''ll stop going again until we stop losing and start winning because winning is better than losing because winning makes me smile and losing makes me kick my cat. But what if they win the game I boycott because we lost some games and that isn''t good enough? I mean, they''ll have been good enough in the game I boycotted but then might lose in a game I haven''t boycotted meaning that I''ve boycotted the wrong game? Anyway, the long and short of it is about winning. Winning=happy Losing=Someone''s fault and misery. Drawing is boring. But is still better than losing, unless we''re doing badly then it is just as bad as losing if not worse because we''re so rubbish that we couldn''t even beat a team that weren''t good enough to beat someone as rubbish as us. I think?

nutty nigel 7,902 Posted June 10, 2016 Ironically the last 7 seasons have seen nothing but change. I get that folk like to moan but what are you moaning about? What''s wrong with the club as it is now? Which club would you rather be?
Duncan Edwards 2,424 Posted June 10, 2016 Tom Smith will be in place before anything happens to Delia and Michael. Clear and sensible succession planning and ensures that when the reaper comes-a-knocking that it doesn''t destabilise the club.
