  1. At half time on Sat I saw a large group of supporters gathering round Delia , taking photos and some chanting we want Hoooton out etc, Didn''t hear all that was said to her clearly, but I am pretty sure her reply was " I hear what you are saying " The way she said it sounded as is she and the board knew how many supporters think but they had no plans to act.
  2. Great, if that''s the case we are in for a few goals in the next weeks, I guess 5 or 6 per game should even things out.
  3. just back from game ( I live in Worcestershire ) I would go as far as to say it was the most entertaining gave since Lambert left. Full of passion and fight, substitutions spot on. play like this and we will soon be climbing.
  4. Are the final 4 games going to be as difficult as many think ? looking at them with my glass half full I think not, I feel that the top places will be very much sorted before then and many big name players from the top sides will have their minds on the World cup and not wanting to miss out due to a late season injury . I think we could pick up a few points in the last 4 / 5 games which I am also sure we will need
  5. without hesitation, I would go for Southampton, always had a soft spot for them (except when they play us of course .
  6. Thinks Villa are far too big for F A Cup, Villa have won it about 7 times but he thinks its a distraction for his BIG club,
  7. Could happen, but more chance of catching a flying Pig over Carrow Road
  8. was told this before west brom game, could it be true ?. good time to re invest in someone to help hooper
  9. Villa fans not happy !!!!! Re: Aston Villa v Manchester United Post-Match Thread « Reply #6 on: Today at 03:20:19 PM » We are currently the worst side in the league. A good start points-wise might save us, but we in for a very long winter. Again. Lambert has enjoyed long-lasting support in modern terms but is on very thin ice.
  10. Same as last week, 2-0 Howson and Hooper to score put your shirt on it
  11. Where are you in the Midlands ? for me its just a 19 min train ride to the Hawthorns, 1 - 1 prediction
  12. They aint all on canary call, this one is an escapee http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25157201
  13. Even if Hoots played MacDougall up front on his own he would still score, mind you Peters and Paddon would have helped
  14. Its starting to look like we didn''t buy a wolf at all, just a pup in wolfs clothing
