1. He won''t be going for 3 million because other clubs know we''d rather keep him for a year and let him go on a free than sell him for that. There''s likely to be a bidding war between at least two Premier League clubs.
2. If any Norwich fans are voting Nash is just proves how painfully stupid they are going along with fans of other clubs to make us look ridiculous. For example check out Celtic fan Douglas Livingston urging people to vote Nash: https://www.facebook.com/IMaGaMeR.xX?fref=hovercard and his "hilarious" comment: "If Carlo Nash doesn''t get the POTY I will brutally kill myself and my family, he is such a inspirational footballer, by far the best in the world. He has not conceded at all and not made a single mistake, what a keeper! The reason I love Carlo Nash is well, he reminds me of a younger me, active, sporty and up for it every single game! He deserves the Ballon d ''or and why has he not been placed in the FIFA 100? I feel this season along with every other season in his career he has been a super keeper and he has a long future ahead of him at Norwich City! He has brought all football fans together into respecting the best football player in the world!"
3. Looking through about 20 comments I see one kid in a Norwich shirt and the rest don''t appear to be be Norwich fans. So at least 90% of them are just wind-up merchants from other clubs. Time to get off your high horse I feel.
4.
Good riddance, one of the tools that took us down.Whatever would his signing on fee and wages be if his other foot was not just for standing on.
That''s BS. He played through an injury at the start of the season and came good when he was fully fit. He''s the only player who''s given his all and will be off to Newcastle United next season. No chance he''d settle for anything less than Premier League.
5. Looking at the comments on facebook it is extremely obvious that this is a wind-up by fans of other clubs, particularly Leeds United. So all the posters getting on their moral high horses and criticising our fans have completely missed the point.
6.
To the utter disgrace of a person who wrote that comment above, I hope you realise how disgusting your attitude is and how I and many others feel truly ashamed to have to read poisonous comments like thar on OUR message board. You are no Norwich fan and if any one at the club, be it player or staff, got wind of that and knew who you were I''d be in full support of you never getting to come to Carrow road again. On topic a fitting tribute to an awful disaster, I think of football as a really special bond between myself and my old man, we go to the games together (though sit in different stands these days) we have our pre match pint and in general a football day will always be a special day I share with him. To me to think about hillsbrough, my first thought is how many fathers and sons went to that match with that similar relationship, expecting nothing more than a nice day out to share with each other. It''s truly heartbreaking to think what happened, the horrific aftermath and the fact that it''s taken till now for those truly to blame to finally be called to account.
Typical overreaction. Nobody doubts the horrific nature of the tragedy, but changing the times of games seems a little tacky. Why is a 25th anniversary so much more important than a 24th or 26th? We''re not talking about a wedding anniversary here. Tragedies happen and people move on. I can''t see how constantly raking it up helps anyone. It''s all part of the grief culture that started with Diana''s death.
7. Allardyce said that in the dressing room at half time the players were talking more about the booing than the game and this had a negative effect on them. This is why our fans have to really think about what they''re doing when then start the ironic cheering with every pass, or chants of "ya dunno whut ya doin!" or booing on the substitutes. That nonsense is not going to help us win.
8. It wasn''t long ago that posters were calling for Poyet and look what he served up at the weekend. Or should we get in Laudrup to come and destroy our main strength - team spirit?
9. If you leave them for the must win games then they act as a sort of rallying cry for both supporters and players. On the other hand, I think a lot of our fans do want to get behind the team but they''re just too self-conscious to start singing or cheering so perhaps having them at every game would help them.
10. Poyet was one of the favourites of the Hoo''un outers but going by yesterday''s match I''d take Hughton over Poyet any day.
11.

Highland Canary wrote "It was more disbelief at the non-introduction of Wes. There''s a lot been made of the crowd but there was greater discontent expressed at Villa than yesterday." If they''re going to boo every time Hoolahan is taken off or not used as a substitute then they should stay at home because they''re making a negative impact on the players. Who''s to say we wouldn''t have nicked an equaliser with more positive support?
Do you honestly expect anyone to take you seriously with comments like this!? Cretin.
The cretins are the ones like you who think booing substitutes onto the pitch is going to help. Football is all about having an edge and good supporters can give you that edge, known as the twelfth man. Bad supporters (like you) have the opposite effect. It was only at 2-3 before the Norwich ''fans'' belatedly started showing their support. If they''d got behind the team earlier of course this would have driven the players on.
12.
The fact is that after the booing on saturday the team played better and made it look as though 2 teams were on the pitch, maybe the players felt embarrassed to try harder
It was the substitutions that changed things, not the booing. According to your warped logic we should spend all game booing our own players to make them try harder.
13. Too many substitutes, not enough substitutes. And the 65th minute is too late? The fact is there are morons who are going to boo every substitution Hughton makes.
14. Snoots wrote: "Well Morty, I was at the match and when the booing which greeted the three substitutions had subsided it was immediately followed by an extremely loud rendition of "you don''t know what you''re doing". My view then was that the booing and of course the subsequent chant were both aimed at Hughton, Calderwood and Trollope. There was no question of the booing being aimed at any or all of the three players that had come on and, indeed, no player was singled out. " We all heard the chant of "you don''t know what you''re doing" and it''s just as moronic as booing. What a pathetic person you must be if you can''t see what a negative effect that would have not just on the substitutes but the whole team. You''re making yourself out to be a great supporter because you showed up but you''re not. A supporter is someone who supports the team but you''re not supporting them, you''re demoralising them with your moronic chants.
15. The only same old rhetoric I see is the garbage that the OP is posting.
16. Man U fans were showing their class. The morons who boo our players on and off the pitch should learn from them.
17. We''ve always had a section of morons who need a whipping boy. Elmander has taken the place of Morison. They just need a target to take out their frustrations on in their sad, pathetic lives.
19. What was the point in that moronic chant when the substitutions were made? I agree, his tactics were inept up to that point but we needed drastic changes and he made them. Such moronic chants can only demoralise the whole team and make it less likely we''ll get anything from the game.
20. Bassong dropped - good decision I think we''d all agree. Redmond dropped - good decision because for all his dizzy runs he''s been totally ineffective. I don''t know why idiots boo every time he''s substituted. Martin dropped - harsh but Whittaker deserves a start.
21. I think it''s just the perception of older fans who remember the days of the terraces. A TV commentator said the atmosphere on Saturday was good and compared to the average PL club he was right.
22. At the very least it should make our more moronic fans stop cheering him like he''s the answer to all our problems.
23. Nowhere does he say he likes Hughton in that interview. He confirms he didn''t like Hughton''s management.
24.
under the cosh? we have cumbled.
Cumbled?
