We were robbed on those add ons. If he and McGinn both go there’s no way Villa will be challenging for Europe. I assume we may get a certain amount of appearances or International appearances but we won’t be receiving for their league position as they’ll be down there with us😁

I’d like to see Placheta and Sinani given a full pre-season before judging what to do with either.

Souness does talk a lot of nonsense. He’s making out the lad’s the next Messi. Jorginho is an underrated player. He’s a leader and is in the same mould as Verratti who he had at PSG. His defensive side is not great but he has a good range of passing. He would benefit from the loan, and at 20 will give him the platform to go on and challenge for the following season.

O/T - Just seen McGinn linked with Liverpool. Obviously Grealish is mooted with a Man City move to. Oh the irony for Emi if these two would move on. Ok it would be for a lot of money but they are the main crux of Villa’s team.

Just the sort of fixtures we needed at the start. Players arriving back from International competitions, extended Summer breaks, late start for pre-season. Could really benefit from this if we can get a few in.

Again as mentioned with all the International competitions taking place, transfers will be rather slow. Its ok for the Binners as they aren’t signing International players. Technically we have two coming in on the 1st July. I’m more excited about the fixture release tomorrow and maybe not so much excitement about the Joma football short announcement.

Wouldn’t be to fussed losing out to Leeds. Did ok here, not been overly amazed especially as he won’t be dislodging Krul anytime soon. Will be brought in as Number 2 and with the rumoured fee inclusive of add on’s being £10m i feel that money could be used else where.
