1. I just pray it''s through bad managment and Lambert will be able to sort it. But it looks like we have got in alot of bodies with no quality.
 2. Because we are a joke and on this form in for another relegation fight.
 3.

What a shambles this club has become.
I am worried to be honest
You should be. This team doesn''t sound like it can compete at this level. The new manager needs to be a miracle worker to get anywhere near top six.
 4.
I am very happy with this appointment. Martin O,Neill rates him highly and thinks he will go all the way to the top in management. He isnt gonna turn us into League champions overnight but i am confident once he brings a few of his players in and give him a little time he will turn us into a good attacking footballing side. The problem is nearly everyone was expecting a big name we have all heard of but we have to remember we are 3rd division team and some managers who have been around for a long time refuse to drop down to that level. Paul Lambert is an upcoming young manager who is very ambitious and hungry for success. Managers all have to start somewhere and im confident he will get us fighting at the top end of the table by the end of the season. There is still 44 games left in the league so a long way to go yet. Anyway welcome to Norwich City Mr Lambert. Im backing you all the way to turn this club around and get us winning matches again.
Agreed and well done to Mcnally for going for the man he wanted and not going down the applicants out of work can''t get a job elsewhere route.
 5.
Hi Guys, haven''t posted for a while but feel i should counter some the negativity comong through on this board. When McNally came in everyone was saying that at last we had a football man in, someone who had been involved in the game at a senior level. He is obviously a results driven person whether on or off the pitch and has a ruthless streak that this club has not had since Mike Walker was binned. In Lambert i feel we have a manager who mirrors McNallys charachter, in short a winner who will go through brick walls to get to where he wants to be, and although this may be a stepping stone for them both i am sure it will guarantee success while they are here. I have not received a managerial appointment with this much excitement in a very long time and i think the McNally / Lambert partnership will be a winner for our great club and i am really looking forward to the comong months. No longer are we little old Norwch that nice little club in Norfolk, we now have a ruthless streak which a expect to be transferred to th pitch, and long may it continue!!!
Agreed. Football is a ruthless buisness now and nice doesn''t get you anywhere as we have found out.
 6. I still think there is alot more to come from this. maybe the players expressed concerns over tactics or a training ground bust up or fingers crossed new owners coming in. It doesn''t add up to a normal sacking it would have been dealt with before they travelled. But only at NCFC would he get the job in the first place!
 7. If you say so Totally Mad. But i can tell you the "source" as you say knows alot more about it than you do they were directly involved in the process at the time. Also cast your mind back to that time and Doncaster said "We have received many applications and one is a current Premier League manager" I thought at the time it was a spin on words and was Scot Premier league or something but it WAS Steve Bruce.
 8. Steve Bruce. He applied for the vacant position after Grants sacking having had a bust up at Wigan. Money was not an issue he fancied the challenge and a chance to move back to Norfolk for the lifestyle. Roeder got the job after his impressive interview whilst being questioned he interupted and said that he will be the one asking the questions of the board. Doncaster said thats the man for the job.I wonnder if we would be in league 1 had Bruce been given it and not Roeder.
 9. I would love this to be the case and i hope you are correct. But at the moment so many rumours are going about that i''m expecting to read i am gonna get the job! Although my cv on champ manager would suggest i''m over qualified.lol
 10.

Unbelielvable. He broke the world record again.
Im shocked! that was out of this world!
No one can even get close to him it just looks so easy. And he looks to have more to give.
 11.
What are they discussing Jimmy''s ''length'' for?......
Maybe it''s between Jimmy and Dion for the job and Delia is interviewing!!
 12. Football focus said half an hour ago that Joe kinnear looks to be lined up.
 13.
i am sure this has been well covered but please "delia out" crowd, you cannot answer the simple question relating to where the alternative cash comes from. so tuck your spleen back in and f... off.you are not welcome at norwich city and should be confronted by the majority to stop you.
"Not welcome at the club" Thanks to the total shambles the club has become they need all the support they can get and should be gratefull to any fans no matter what their opinion that continue to pay money into the club. So wind your neck in and shut your trap.

What i am saying is there is a percentage of fans who seem content to see us in the third tier of football and while expectations are so low the board don''t need to deliver much do they? I''m not saying we should be premier league but we should expect Norwich to be a competitive championship side and that is something this board has failed to deliver.
Actually you didn''t say that you were a better fan than bringbackchippy so I apologise for assuming you did. You just said that the biggest joke of all is fans like bringbackchippy. You probably included fans like you in that group so both of you are a joke and neither better than the other [:S] The board has failed to deliver the club that you want to support but why does that make fans like bringbackchippy a joke? The reason I posted what I did is that I believe bringbackchippy to be a genuine fan who doesn''t post often but when he does he posts very interesting information. I would encourage him to post more and not call him a joke. I pretty much agree with his Delia comments so does that make me a joke too[:^)]
I appologise for using the word "joke" to describe his post. when all is said and done we are all fans who want the best for the club. It just annoys me that some people accept such low standards and then sing the praises of those who have delivered the club to it''s lowest point for 50 years. Take away the fact that it is Delia Smith a city fan and minor celebrity and replace her record with a random buisnessman and they would of been hounded out years ago by all fans. She seems to be untouchable and i really do wonder what Robert Chase makes of it all.

 17. I would say the fact that 25000 turn up week after week and season after season to watch the poor standard of fball we churn out would suggest some of the most loyal in the country.
 18.
Sir Geoffrey Watling god rest his soul, said that nobody should ever have complete control of the club again after the chase years. After being brought in by the great man himself Mr Norwich! She has proceeded to buy all the shares up on the cheap turning loans into shares etc... till she has total control. She now prices the shares at £25 each a price that is totally unrealsitic as they are actually worth approx £0.01 we are now in a position back in the chase days where we have a person in total control that is not helping the football side. As the majority owner nobody can do a damn thing about it and that is a crying shame! The club is falling lower and lower in an attempt by her to get lucky and by some miracle get £25 each for her shares.
All very true apart from the nobody can do a thing about it point. Prolonged protests on the scale of the Chase days would be the begining of the end of her. But enough people don''t seem to care enough any more.
 19.
Have you got a link?
Is in todays pink un pullout in edp.
 20.
Delia and Michael are in a supporters forum in Lodon this evening so we will see what they have to say on Saturday''s result.
I hope they are given the same treatment given to the board members at the open day then.
 21.
A friend who''s family member works within NCFC has heard that Gunn will keep his job for the season no matter what!! The new board are looking for stability and have told Gunn that the rebuild is a long term project,he has no set goals for the season other than to build a team he feels will grow into a promotion winning team,if true this is very worrying, they also said that Holt and "can''t catch Klitos" were not Gunns first choice in those positions as he stated. This could be complete BS but in all honesty i can imagine this board allowing that because they don''t seem able to run a bath let alone a football club. Lets hope the next few days things improve but imo we could be in for a very strange few weeks AGAIN.
I think  he has built a promotion winning team. And in 3 seasons we will reap the rewards with promotion from league 2!
 22.
Everyone is going to be shouting, moaning, groaning if a single pass goes astray. So what''s new - That''s the way it always is at Carrow Road - Fickle Feckers!
Yeah it''s really fickle to make your feelings heard after shelling out hard earned cash to watch pathetic wasters who earn more in a week than many do in 6 months. None of the abuse the team got yesterday was "fickle" it was years of built up dissapointment and frustration.
 23.
As i''ve said, i''d give him a couple more games, maybe til the next home game, if things haven''t improved after those 3 games then by all means sack him.
yeah i would agree with that. after 6 games we have to be in the play off positions at least we can''t afford to be playing catch up.
