Well We Wont Be Getting Him And Cash For Sammy Now!
Would prefer the extra cash as long as its put into the transfer fund but I wouldnt hold my breath. Seems they''ve paid over the odds for him anyway to be honest -

sorry to the fans who think we will be in the play-offs all season but please come back down to reality. our team is being punched and kicked apart....croft and clingan will be gone soon and we are getting lower league players ONLY.
we are getting lower league players ONLY? - Good job we are actually in a lower league then - I''m a genius you know.
Added to this Matt Gill would''ve been playing in the same league as us as would Nelson and Tudur-Jones has come from a league above us. Also look at the amount of clubs who have picked up "lower league" gems and look at the clubs who have picked up Premiership has-beens. Its the quality of the player that counts, not which league he has played in, and to be fair Marshall and Croft hardly shone last season did they?

All gone quiet on the Alan Lee Front?

Thank god for that... hopefully his Doctor has told him that he is too fat and that he can never play football again? Otherwise Gunn & Co will no doubt have him here out of desperation and he will be heralded by the may thick supporters our club has as the guy who is going to bang in 20+ and lead us to the 3rd Division championship while the applaud like seals for two months before finding out that what a few have been syaing is actually true and that he is utter $hee. hite... [:$]
you clearly never saw alan Lee in a Norwich shirt did you.. perhaps next time try entering Carrow Road instead of getting a shiny head in the rain.. must make the brain cold... jas :)
I don''t think I did other than on the box... and from the reports from people whos opinion I trust I do not have any wish to see Alan Lee in a Norwich Shirt either.
I take it they didn''t go to any games either. Thought he gave his all for the cause and looked like one of the only players who gave a damn. Think he would be a great signing for league one. -
City set to sign Tudur Jones

Seems to have a lot of potential. Lets just hope he can stay fit long enough to realise it, -

To be honest if we had Jesus Christ running our club there would still be conflict on this board. Not everyone has the same opinion. Not everyone will get on with everyone, obviously things are heightened due to the prediciment we are in at the moment but such is life

We had the third highest average attendance last season
WOW thats awesome!! so with all this revenue coming in, were does it all go? thats what people want to know!!
Third highest attendance does not mean third highest revenue, that is the figure that I want to see. Under 12''s pay £25 a season at city, just over £1 a game. OAPs pay about £150, thats still only less than £7 a game. Filling our stadium by pretty much giving away the seats? In the hope that those people buy a programme, a couple of pints and a hotdog?
Shut up knobhead, its great that the club do this, otherwise we''d be a shit club with shit fans, like f***ing Wigan!! WE ARE NORWICH, SUPR NORWICH, WE ARE NORWICH, CARROW ROAD!
Ok, just a few quick points:- You do not need to write in capital letters to emphasise your point, I am literate. We are a sh*t club. Many of the fans are sh*t. Wigan are not sh*t, they are in the Premier League. You cannot spell Super. Dont tell me to shut up, or a knobhead, I guarentee that you wouldnt dare say that to my face. If you did I would knock out your teeth.
Somebodys tired [;)] -
To be honest one of our failings has been to bring in achieving lower league players in recent years - instead filling our ranks with nearly men like Robinson, Fotheringham and others who rarely give their all for the team. Some of the other teams have taken risks on players from lesser clubs and have done well from it.
Couldnt agree more. Some lower league players would certainly have put up more of a fight last season than some of the premiership reserve loans.
-
Surely I''m not the only one that is sick and tired of all of our manager''s that we''ve had recently never revealing anything. In the Grant Holt article on the front page, Gunn says that the talk''s that he had with his players will remain private. Why? If they want out, tell us. That''ll teach ''em for jumping ship, embarrass them. Other club managers tell theuir fans about nearly every aspect in the way in which they go about their business. For example, Steve Bruce at Wigan (well, at the minute anyway) spilt the beans about Zaki and told the truth about what happened and what he really thought in the public eye. Could you imagine anyone at NCFC telling us this had a similar situation arrisen here? No way. They would''ve given us the same ''no comment'' garbage that we''ve been given for years. For christ sake just tell us what''s really going on!
The difference with Zaki at Wigan was that he was on loan and therefore there was no risk of the player losing value on the transfer market, if other clubs knew which players were unsettled they would offer significantly less money for them as they would know we would be desperate to sell.

Delia's new TV series
Foxy is a Pleasure replied to ur just a man in a jacket's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Long story but my Auntie (knows nothing about football) was in Asda in Stowmarket and saw her and the camera crew filming. They weren''t filming so she approached Delia and started telling her how her son and nephew (me) are big Norwich fans etc. She had to say to us "we''ll definately have a better season this season" (doubt it with you in charge Miss Smith). After the conversation was over a man asked my auntie for her details as they had filmed the whole conversation and may need to send her a form to sign to ask permission for the footage to be used in the show so I expect they will have some Norwich related sh*t on there. Perhaps with my embarassing Auntie -

Very worrying indeed. I really do hope they manage to get out of this situation. Not nice to see any club go bust. Still get the feeling someone will come in and rescue them
