  1. I always though these new shares were to be sold at £100 each. This would give the new shareholder 100,000 C shares which as highlighted in the special resolution document could then be converted to ordinary shares. This looks far more likely than 10,000,000 new shares being issued!
  2. ...but investors will gladly look at the other 91 clubs in the football league and many outside of it. Yeah of course!
  3. Bound to be. in the short term I suspect they will be talking to the shareholders who have a decent holding to sell, and then they may work their way down the register and pick up shares from people who have a few 100 to sell.
  4. It would be very interesting to know if these were gifted or purchased by the Trust and for what price was paid if any? Once shares get into the Trusts hands I suspect they won’t ever be sold as who would get the money?
  5. Do some research before you throw Millwall's name about. They do more for the community than most, because of where they are based there are a lot more problems than place like ours. I think a lot of people think we are the only club that does a lot of extras but open your eyes. Wolverhampton Wanderers, a club I cant stand historically do way more than we do.
  6. Looking forward to the news that the club is making a big fat donation to a mental health charity out of the kits profits to back up this and prove that they are not just jumping on the bandwagon.
  7. Stand by to be disappointed.
  8. Should have been the number one priority with all the money that has flushed through the club in recent years. This city has and still is expanding rapidly and I honestly think a ground that holds 36,000 plus should be our target. Most folk I work with don't even try for a ticket anymore as the perception is that there are very few for sale and you have to be online at the point they go on sale to get two together.
  9. The drum worked very well at Watford, but I heard from others it was rather annoying at Palace. I think if used in moderation it would help the atmosphere, BUT I suspect the man (or woman) playing it craves the attention and therefore wont know when to stop!
  10. NCFC: How would you improve the atmosphere at Carrow Road. Me: Win some games
  11. Looks good to me. Well done NCFC, you are getting this one right.
  12. Also if you look around the ground there was an awful lot that had been bolted on and nothing was consistent, fonts, crests etc. I moan at the club for a lot of things but tidying the place up and making everything match up will look good and as is said above just make the place look a bit more modern and professional.
  13. Have the club made a statement? I thought a pretty regular poster on here was adamant this was not the case that the Attanasio's were only buying an 18% stake in the club.
  14. Yes really hard to knock them for their support atm. They even travelled very well last season for a club stuck in the third tier.
  15. I used to be a regular at Brixton academy and I remember the outrage at tickets going over the £10 mark. Not quite in the same league as yourself, but it felt expensive at the time.
  16. Just renewed my seat at Wembley for this years NFL game, £84 plus a £10 (ten) booking fee and they have decided not to send paper tickets anymore, saving them money. No doubt a beer will be over £7 again, so I wont be partaking in one of those. Events are going to have to realise soon its all becoming a bit much.
  17. No they are a private company with the share register maintained by the club. I am unsure who, if anyone, is allowed access to that register. However if there is some form of take over I get the shareholders would have to be written to, so they can decide if they wish to sell at the price being offered. As a shareholder I would take a sensible offer, but I'm not giving up my position for free.
  18. Id counter argue that saying that we are a one county club, a city that is growing at a rapid rate, with a higher than average disposable incomes, plus a very loyal fan base that sells out all the time, however low we sink. This club has a lot more potential than many give it credit for. I highly doubt that there have been no expressions of interest in the last 10 years or so.
  19. I just don't buy into that location argument one jot. Look how many other clubs outside of London have changed hands in the football league and even outside - its most of them!
  20. Rattling on about better jobs again. Well take one then Stuart, we don't want you.
  21. What is it with Norwich fans always wanting to go back to players and staff who have moved on. The second time around rarely works.
  22. Did we ever get to the point of why we have to pre register our vaccine status? I'm not big on giving the club my health records and therefore am keen not to do this unless there is a very good reason in doing so. I have no issuing showing a member of staff my NHS pass if required (although I actually don't think they achieve anything). I also not that under GDPR law I don't have to give people personal information for the sake of it.
  23. Pains me to say it but i do enjoy his content. That said their miserable time in L1 does enhance the enjoyment somewhat.
  24. Norwich City 0 Leeds United 3 ”your nothing special we lose every week”. going to be fun on here Monday.
