1.
Before this week''s pre-season games (which will probably give us a good indication of the team for Wigan) can anyone predict our starting line up AND subs for Wigan away? A pat on the back and a half-eaten Mars bar for the winner... Mine: GK: Ruddy RB: R Martin CB: De Laet CB: Whitbread LB: Tierney DM: Fox DM: Johnson AML: Surman AMC: Hoolahan AMR: Bennett SC: Holt (c) Subs - Rudd, Barnett, Naughton, Crofts, K Smith, Morison, Jackson. This is based on Pilkington, Ward, Vaughan missing from injury and the fact that Crofts'' knock could rule him out of friendlies this week...? That was very difficult, considering all our new signings etc!
Like that, bit of pace. I feel confident Holt will definately start, not sure why some have said Morison/Jackson
 2.
Would e a top signing and at that price, cold become one of the best deals this club has done. But, I think we still should be concentrating on a CB, especially now Ward is out for the start of the season.
Totally agree - Ward being out, we need to focus on that. Zak is not been in perfect fitness since joing us!
 3.
I did have this problem the other day though, can''t remember the user name.
Testing - it usually does it for me. Pis ses me off
 4. Palace are probably a week ahead of use in preparations?
 5. I think he is perfect target man if Holt is injured. Also hungry, as never been in premiership. Most people on here see Morison as replacement for Holt. Don''t think PL sees it that way, and Morison has more to offer than just a target man.
 6.

Hang on! He does not have to agree to the move if he does not want to? So why is he pee''d off? Put it in terms of your own career, you would not move to club/other company if it didn''t suit you!
No he doesn''t have to leave, but if he was told by Wenger that he doesn''t feature in his plans for the future why would he hang around?I would guess that Bolton are a likely destination, especially as they appeared to pull out of their Jeffren bid today. What I heard could be wrong still - but it is looking more and more likely that Lansbury and Emmanuel-Thomas are both off.
As I said, if we did have offer refused last week, then he may say "come get me, I would rather play in Norwich". Closer to London where he is based, knows the people at NCFC. Just think its 2+2=5. I don''t think Arsenal will sign Cahill anyway. Bolton are holding out for £17m. Wenger won''t go that high. He will look elsewhere in Europe.
 7. If rumours are true we made bid, then he could engineer move to us, if he liked his time here? Maybe he is not happy about coming to little Norwich? If that was the bad news
 8. Would you have Greening or Roberts? Past it personally. Must be written by a bitter binner
 9. Hang on! He does not have to agree to the move if he does not want to? So why is he pee''d off? Put it in terms of your own career, you would not move to club/other company if it didn''t suit you!
 10. Yep - all sorted! Took a long time to be able to access on line ticketing
 11. 35,000 I hate the hotel, but why make stupid suggestions that the hotel will be demolished? It won''t happen, until Norwich leave the city centre. Is that likely to happen...probably not!
 12.
what a load of crap chelmsford canary..go and support the scum
Excuse me? I''ve been there, and in all other parts of ground - the local cemetery has more live in it! I sat there for Coventry game last season, and have two classic stories from the idiot we sat next to. 1. After Coventry took the lead we joked and said its ok - already up. Lighthearted humour. Bloke in question sitting next to us started having a go.."get behind the team". He spent more time having a go at us, he missed our equaliser. 2. Half way throug hsecond half, he said these words. "If Elliott Ward does not win POTS its a travesty" We noted it had already been given to Holt! He followed up with..its all about the glory boys. First class moron!
 13. I remember Lauren of Arsenal pulling back Huckerby (virtually clear on goal) = just a yellow! Since then that would be a red without even thinking. Things have changed
 14. They might as well knock it down. -No singing -No standing -Plenty of clapping -Lots of moaning
 15.
Not sure I see much difference between strikers and centre backs - 2 for each position on the pitch, up froint we have 5/6 options to cover for injury, loss of form and options. Why would 4 be ok for cb? cbs are just as likely to be injured, more likely to be suspended (well except Holt lol!), just as uncertain whether they can make the step up and confidence and lack of form just as possible. As such I would like another in for that position, even if others can cover that position.
Tierney i''m not worried about, he has quality and we saw that last season..not sure why nobody else saw it. But thats what PL does. Totally agree, if we have Holt, Martin, Vaughan, Morison, Jackson (5) strikers, we should have same number for CB position. I have every bit of faith they can put ball in net, its keeping them out i''m worried! Should ahve same numbers as Centre Forwards and Centre Back
 16. The way I read Lamberts statement about having 4 decent centre backs (or what he says), makes me think he has settled on that amount. Will this be enough? I''d rather another personally - don''t know who, but think we should get another in as cover. I''ve said before I was not keen on Elliott last year, so will he be able to step up? Give him a chance, but think when the window closes at end of August we need a 5th...whoever that maybe.
 17.

Do you seriously think Lambert wouldnt have a sub keeper on the bench thecanaryfan?! That would be incredibly risky/reckless, what if Ruddy gets injured or sent off?! it would be game over with no sub keeper. Baffled with that suggestion
Lambert has gone with no sub goalie on many occasions.
I thought he made too many errors. Albeit every player makes a mistakes. Personally he is the weaker of the three (Ward, Whitbread, Barnett)
 18. Don''t think De Laet will walk into team...especially as Tierney was quality last season. Not sure Elliott Ward is up for EPL. Got squad player, but think we need better!
 19.

Totally agree, I have really started to dislike Fry recently.
I''ve always disliked that fat cockney!
I think you''ll find that Barry Fry was born in Bedford.
You''ve just looked at Wiki?! Right To keep you happy Cockney wannabe. Still a tnuc!
