1. Alnwick Spillane Doherty Nelson Lappin Whaley Hughes OTJ Hoolahan Martin Holt Subs: Theoklitis, Maric, Mcveigh, Askou, Adayemi, Smith, Drury
2.
If you''re over 16 you''re classed as an adult, if I''m correct?
No cos there is an under 21 ticket which costs £5
3. There should be some pop up box i think when you buy tickets where you can change it to what type you want
4. Definately need a right back. Frankly I would probably take anyone offered to replace otsemobor but maybe play spillane at right back?
5. After all the rumours about Burnley and Darrell Russell everything seems to have gone quite now. Anyone any ideas what happening with him now? Have to say really does look like Gunny doesnt even want him and doesnt seem to be putting a fight up. Must really be regretting leaving stoke especially as they got promoted year he left. General trend with him is that when he leaves a club they get promoted as we got promoted season after he left. Wont lose any sleep if he does go. Too much of a liability with these red cards and was one of those last season who really looked like he diddnt care half the time
6. Yeh i said to one of my mates about getting gow backl. As you say though when we played him up front(which unfortunately wassnt very often) he done a pretty descent job its just when we played ihm on the wing he was useless
7. Sounds like they are a load of shite at the moment. Probably not long till Warnock gets the boot. Would be delighted if the went down as in general hate that club. Mainly due to what a shithole the place is
8. Sounds to me like another scheme to get more money out of us and I cant say that watching them train will excite me. Wonder if this would have been done if Peter Grant was manager?
9. Can see them showing some descent sized highlights for the championship but probs short ones like ITV for league one and two. The thing that annoyed me with ITV that they always picked the featured match before hand so if it was a 0-0 with basically nothing happening they would still have it as featured game
10. Steward i spoke to on saturday said they had only sold 3000 then but i guess they have sold a lot since then. Can see it being smaller crowd against wigan though as you have to remember that man u had a following of about 5000+ from their yarmouth "fanbase"(how many of them i wonder have ever been to a united game) which i doubt wigan will have and even though it is a premier league team it has to be said it is not the most atractive team to go and watch. Also got told that top tiers are not being opened so doesnt look like club is not expecting big gate either
11.

Have to say im suprised about how big that fee if its true. That must be basically all the money we have to spend gone if we do buy him as I think we wer supposed to have bout £750,000 to spend so along with the whaley deal that will be most of that gone
Money from Marshall Clingan Russell Rebate Foulger plus anything else the board can find lying around..................I would think is considerably more than £750k
Well im saying £750,000 from the rebate and foulger together. Can you honestly see them putting alot of the money from selling other players into the transfer budget? They have probably wasted it on something else as usual

13. I havvnt really got a problem abut spending most of it on a few players but I am wondering if we could have got Alan Lee instead for the same amount of money

15. Can see holt being confirmed later today or if not tomorrow still probably discussing terms with him. Just out of interest whatever happened to him going to colchester as I seem to remember him bascially being set to sign for them
16. Reckon Alnwick is good keeper at this level. I would probably play Alnwick ahead of Theoklitis and I would be suprised if we do as I cant see him coming to a league one club to sit on the bench. If russell stays they may not end up being the best of friends as I seem to remember them having a bit of a falling out in the leicester game a couple of years ago
17. Says now on main page that when they asked Paul Simpson about him he just said he was unavailable to play which sounds to me like he could be on his way. Lets hope hes coming to us
18. I am talking this one up by saying this but does anyone else find it refreshing to see we have not signed a single person on loan so far. After the last 2 years of constant loan players im glad to see that Gunn has kept to his word and is not relying on loan players
19. Looks like Otsemobor has not changed one bit with that awful backpass there. Really have got to get rid of him Is it just me or is anyone else failing to actually recognise who any of those people are
20. It really is just the worst football ground in the country and I would really avoid it especially as it is a friendly. The area is a dump, the ground is awful, you get cheated like a criminal by the police when they start searching you going into the ground, there is urine all over the toilet floor and as people say its totally unaccessible with no tube or train stations anywhere near there.
21. Good luck to John and his family and I hope you beat this dreadful disease. Just looking on the beeb website and testicular cancer can normally be treated but just look at the stats for lung cancer-http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/medical_notes/3243673.stm Really doesnt look good but as people have mentioned Lance Armstrong beat lung cancer and testicular cancer so hopefully the big man can aswell
22. Iss not nice to see people losing jobs but I do fee lthat the club was just employing too many people and it has to be said that alot of these people just diddnt seem to have a clue. One example is the bar staff inside the groud. I sit in the baclay and find them useless. Even at half time when it is extremely busy they still seem to move slower than tortoises and it really does take forever for them to actually do anything. The club shop is also a joke. I remember going in there a few hours before kick off when it was still pretty quiet. There must have been about 6 members of staff standing around doing nothing and talking while I had to wait around 5 minutes behind one person in the queue. I also wonder about that ticket office. It is pretty big and I have been there in the week when half of them again just seem to be sitting ther doing nothing
23. Would sort of like him to be given a chance as he seemed to do alright for Luton and could be a useful player. Im not sure if him and Cody would be brilliant upfront together. Have to say though I am interested to see how our strikeforce ends up for next season. Obviously Cureton is still around and doesnt look like he is going anywhere and I did slate him last season but who knows he could be useful next season. And Feeney may be coming in again so may have a little competition up front. As mentioned on here a few days ago it has all gone quite on the alan lee front alltogether so hopefully we can still bring him in
24. What about Channel four or five? Their not really very popular at the moment and if one of them two could get the money together which will be difficult it could be a big coup. On the subject of Setanta they have just lost the SPL rights aswell so that has got to be them finished now
