1. Went to the pub on Friday with a guy from work. He told me that he was thinking of buying a season ticket! I did laugh! Anyway he has been to watch a few games recently and cause of family commitments he stoped his season ticket 12 years ago. So recently enquiring the waiting list was 2800 .. he went in the other day to join this list.. The lady in the office at CR was suppirsed that he wanted one and the numbers on the list was now at 1200(ish) .... I''m still not going to re-new mine until the last day. Either Worthy goes and i renew now or Worthy stays and the club get an extra few quid .. hmm thinking about it,,, not sure if i''m in a catch 22  situ, here! Worthy gets more cash to spend if i wait to re-new... what should i do! @????
2. the point is that he manages like a defender. Unfortunatly his ability to see what is wrong and fixing it has now taken its toll. All i want is to watch a game of football. We could loose every week, but if we were playing good attractive football I would be happy. So much has been wrong for so long even in our promotion season things were wrong, the thing is they still are!! He never fixes anything and his solution.. loan/buy another striker! Don''t fix the midfield!! Oh... PLEASE LEAVE WORTHY BEFORE WE FORGET THE GOOD TIMES.
3. As I said in this post after the West Ham game I''m more of a reader than a poster, but reading a lot of what has been going on recently on these boards and the chat at the ground.. too much of this is all so true... Added to this I have been told (please don''t ask who from, cause that has to be one of the most annoying repetative posts on this board) that Mr. W has yet to travel to a youth team game. Not sure what to read into that, I could go off on many a tangent, but however poor our youth players are, I would love to see them given a go, It might give us something to cheer about, willing someone on who has promise and passion. Just I feel Mr. W has personalitly issues. He can man manage his own i.e. players who are 2nd rate. OK he won a 1st division titl with Leeds.. But Clarence Seedorf has won 3 champions league medals and I have watched Jan Molby in a Norwich shirt play better than him! This is turning into a new rant. All I want to see is a game of football and at the weekend we got played off the park. We have gone full circle, Mr W has had his time, he can do no more. If anyone still thinks he can turn this around then go to the bookies cause they will be happy to take your money! And it''s not often a bookie is wrong. Oh we were favourites to go up.. who''s proved them wrong oh.. Mr W IMO. Bored now.. Please Mr W... walk away and give us someone who can give us a game of passing football..
4. Hi All... 1st of all i''m a reader and not a big poster on this site but it comes a time when my anger at many things to do with my football club come to a head. The thing that gives me the most pain at present are the players that are picked on some mystery system in Worthys head. I''m fed up with our youth players not getting a chance. Brining back Jarrett and putting him straight in when is so so clear he does not want to be at the club. You have a young midfielder who you play at right back. He has showed when we played luton for the short time Rossi played in midfield that he can cut it, and from watching him yesterday you could see he is a midfielder not a right back. We keep investing in players for 0.5m here and there and when we must be investing larger sums in our youth system over a year and we get to see nothing for it. We know who these kids are, just not sure Worthy gives a sh!t about them. I feel so sorry for these kids that set sights on being a professional football for a local team they love and what happens.. the boss preferes to buy in "proven 2nd rate players". I would much rather unproven youth given a chance and just given that chance to shine. You then can spend the cash on keeping your best players at the club. Look at West Ham, they dropped out of the Prem and switched to Youth. You watched them yesterday, it was great to watch. Ahh spending  cash... If we do get a offer that is too good the refuse.. please give Worthy 0.5m to spend and keep the rest in the bank.. He can not be trusted to spend it IMO.     Another thing... why oh why are we so bad a throwing a ball onto a pitch? And with that set peices in general. Something must be done to sort this, cause we are rubbish. Just look out for it next game you go to and see how many times we have a throw in and we retain the ball after 2 passes.. Short corners also do my head in. Why Hucks thinks that any free kick from out wide should be his to take from outwide is beyond me. He hits the 1st man more than he clears him. So if this is that case what do you do?... you put a man infront on the defender to flick it on! I have yet to see that. hmm.. need to get this all out of my system.. what next.... Tactics.. yesterday was a shining example of how we can not change taatics to influence a change to the match result, or Worthy whole management style summed up. You have teams that are cup teams. We are not a cup team. Why? Cause we can not play 90 minutes of football. Since our Promotion to the Prem and following relegation I have watched all of the home matches and only the other week verus Burnley we came close to 90minutes of football. oh.. I started to talk about tactics.. We had nothing yesterday up front.. why with 15 minutes to go we did not switch to 3 at the back and go for it.. it''s a cup game.. we went for it with 120 seconds left.... great....  Rant over cause my Sunday lunch is ready! Please feel free to rip me to bits.. oh yes one other thing as reader and not a poster... Ronbold Ronbold so good they named him twice has to be the most annoying signature on this board.. Nothing personal mate!!
5. I''m so happy this post has turned up!!! I had to pop over to Argos to get some bits for my car, upon my return to walk home back past the ground I could hear the chanting. I looked over the plants onto Carrow Road outside the City Stand main entrance and I saw the protest. Number of people 30 Max. Average age 18 Possibility of being a student paying 1/8 of the price we all have to pay? 99% Did they do any good? I doubt it! I''m sure it will become a  better tale down the youth club on Monday night! Also just to add today, I had a bit of a classic today that might go down in my scrapbook of insults hurlled by fans! This girl and her old man turns up and sits in the 2 season ticket holder seats. She thinks she has to fit it, so trys to shout abuse! She''s not got a clue! She''s in the upper Barclay for F''s sakes! We have a sing, joke amongst ourselves, wind each other up about how much I rate Hendo and how much the copper who sits behind me hates him! It''s all good stuff! Anyway one of the SW plays fouls Dury and she shouts - "Number 18 your a twit!" I wet myself! Added with screams of "Shoot" when we have the ball at the half way line, please! Educated girls of football, even you would have wanted ear plugs! But that was the highlight of the match for me!
6.
For the very last time, it''s ronaldinho. if you don''t like it - don''t sing it.
Well im not to sure Ronbold... Does 10 come before 11? If so you could be wrong.... ? http://www.footballchants.org/viewChants.php?divs=D1&teams=36&let=M
7. Wow these boards must be hot! Posted this 90 minutes ago and its on the 2nd pages already!

9. Your vote.... Spend 2 million on 1 player... Would you want 2 million quids worth of striker, midfielder or defender... I know that my preference would not be a striker! Worthy... please supprise us again and pull a defender out the transfer bag!
10. Sorry I was not very clear with my last question. I can allow or not allow us to view each others teams, Shall I switch it?
11. Nice one guys.. We are up to to 7 teams, so we have a league.... Pincer will add his soon ( My aim now for the the season is to finish above Pincer!) What do you think about being able to view each others teams?
12. Web Team - Could you pin this thread to the top for a few days... We have a Pink-un Telegraph Fantasy Football Super League. We need at least 5 members to give us a chance of winning any cash! So if you are taking part please join in... Super League Name - PINK-UN Pin - 8005550 I have set it up so we can all see each others teams. No cash prize pool, but a gentlemans agreement that we meet for beers at close season and the winner gets a free night out on the city from everyone else!
13. try this... work out which 3 teams will conceed the least goals.. enter 3 teams and have a full defence from each of those teams... Then see what you can do.. can you play with out terry henry?! I try every season and fail so I have him in one of my teams this year... Remember what players start and end the season well and who perform in the middle (scholes, no idea what he has to eat in december but he just scores points for fun in the middle of the season..) My bet for vfm this season is Bellers and the entire chelszki def. Are we having a pink un league? Like the Sun.. If so Im happy to set it up...
14. now even better than that is....   http://skysports.planetfootball.com/clubfixtures.asp?clid=40&cpid=10
15. Well said.... Like many others on here.. Im a reader and not a poster....If i had a team rating for reading the posts I think I would be well over the 2500 mark. All this negativity or constructive criticism is just boring... where is this seasons "Cheeseboard?" Come on this is what these forums are about.. we should be able to moan for the saturday night and sunday.. and then get back to the better things in football...the laughs and memories not dwell on the facts that our team is not good enough to keep us up.. I accepted that at the start of the season and more than happy with the efforts....so no complaints here Also while I am on one of my rare posts... The Great Wiz you bore me with your predictabality... you can never stand by your 1st thought ''cause as soon as anyone barks back you step back... Perhaps " On 2nd thoughts Wiz" might be more appropriate...
16. Defeat is easy to take.. but humiliation on that level.. when you have paid your money to turn up then you are demanded more effort by the majority share holder... why is that Delia? P.S. for those who will start to have a dig.. feel free.. remember that some pay more attention to details those with green tinted glasses....
17. Impressed with our recent run, i have been looking as some stats, we are currently on a par with Chelsea, Arsnal, Man U, Liverpool and Bolton. The only teams not to have consecutive losses so far this season. I think this shows us a little something!   Tips for the weekend... shot from outside the box towards Pearce and get a deflection........
18. OK.. You will find that the City Stand was built with the possibility of an additional to be added ontop. Not so sure of the design, but I have been advised that the foundations have been built with this all in mind.   Also for those that have been lucky enough to go into the rooms behind the stand on match days for the customary prawn sandwich or Delia''s posh match pie, you will have noticed that you have more than enough room to swing 10 cats. The reason for this is that the rooms were designed to take more people when they built the additional tier. So folks this is possible, if it is cost effective, I have no idea!
19. To help the folks who are unaware of the exact nature of a CHAV ie what they may look like or even the cars they drive this web site has all the details on CHAVs and has to be as funny as a CHAVETTE (female Chav) with Mr T type gold hanging from every part of her body. http://www.chavscum.co.uk/
20. Great.. just spent ages thinking abot this and it look like I about to post the same as above however this is my attempt where i cant think of anyone I have included Loans Johnson we sold to Nots Forest.. so i think thats wrong...Ashley Ward we sold to Derby... So I''m sure it was Sutton.. I think we will have to go back some way to find the others... Same issues with Notman ans Mulryne.. They both signed within days of each other.... Chelsea - Fleck Sold and Bought! Arsenal - Bentley loan Aston Villa - Crouch loan Fulham - Elvis Hammond loan Man City - Huckerby Tottenham - Ginger Pele Blackburn - Sutton Newcastle - Fox Bolton - Charlton Man Utd - Mulryne or Notman Everton - Mike walker! Southampton - Kenton Charlton - Svenson West Brom - no idea Portsmouth - no idea Middlesbrough - no idea Birmingham - no idea Crystal Palace - no idea Liverpool - no idea
21. This could be true. I heard about our "Ginger Pele" last week.. also from my contact at the ground he said he had been told that a palyer with england caps will sign for us next week. Well I could not think of anyone who this could be until now.. So lets hope so... he''s a good player and with the experience we need....
22. I just logged on to get the latest updates and realised this monster has not been updated for a while!! So lets see if bringing this back will slow the web site up again!!!
23. What about the 6"8'' Goal keeper.. Not sure of his contract Status but he is playing in the Sweedish League and used to be on the books at Juve''.
