Archant know something
Menzies Campbell replied to Morisons Prozac's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I''m sure I saw an article on the pink''un in which Lambert "laughed off" the prospect of Burnley a few days ago too. I''m sure I didn''t imagine it! When I looked for it this afternoon however, it had disappeared. Very strange. -
Nelson and R.Martin
Menzies Campbell replied to urdie_Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
The ball was switched to him countless times, he was often in acres of space and because of the congestion in the middle of the park, he was used as an outlet on the right wing. Every single time he got the ball in this position, he put his head down, ran down he line, stopped and either lost the ball or passed it backwards. He was clumsy, didn''t maintain possesion and can''t place a pass. I''m not saying it was his fault in any way, just that I personally don''t like him. Also... Michael Spillane. -

Russell Martin was comfortably our worst player last night and looked out of his depth even last season. I love lambert to bits, but I don''t get it with this bloke. -
Thats not really the point is it devonshire

Yeah, the fans are quite obviously pathetic. Great post. :S -
Let's not get carried away
Menzies Campbell replied to norfolkbroadslim's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
No just for tonight, lets get carried away. We just beat colchester 5-0 away. And they are arseholes. -
Just a quick post to say how well Ian Henderson played today. His curling effort on 82 nearly had me off my seat. Brilliant performance from a hugely underrated player. Sign him up.

Non Norwich Supporters

Agreed. Why would anyone do that? Even fans of our own kind who post on other''s websites need to go do one. Shouldn''t they all be out buying supplies anyway? I heard morrisions is doing 2 for 1 on spam. Tonight only. -
Why is Theoklitos getting so much stick?
Menzies Campbell replied to USAcanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I would think it was fairly obvious. He was absolutely, absolutely terrible. I''ve never seen a more inept goalkeeping performance in my life. The only goal he couldn''t have done anything about was the sixth. Yes the defendng was bad but to be honest, even when the defending was at fault for the third goal or the first, he still managed to mess it up either by missing a smple punch or attempting to run out and thien watching the ball sail over his head. I don''t post very often and I do feel a bit sorry for the bloke but I''ve never been so infuruated by a single performance in all my years of supporting norwich. He MUST be dropped. -
WHY HE WILL NOT RESIGN
Menzies Campbell replied to The Voice Of Reason's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
The only way Roeder will go soon is if he resigns. I was in the directors box last week at Charlton and was told, by authority, that they would love to get rid... but simply can''t afford to. Oh and Delia and Michael were disgusted with the abuse Roedent was getting. I reckon he deseves it 100%. -

If Roeder Goes.......
Menzies Campbell replied to Move Klose's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I wouldn''t have minded Clark. -
Shakell did play alongside Mackay in the 2003-2004 season because of injury to Adam Drury and it was these performances that gave him a chance in the side. He might not have played at centre back, I can''t remember, but anyway. I''ll change my post. He has shown he is an exceptional player when playe with another centre back who is actually any good. (Craig Fleming) In the second half of our 2004-2005 season, Shackell showed real promise alongside Fleming and produced form we haven''t really seen since.

Its simple, we really shouldn''t have sold Shackell. He has shown he is an exceptional player when played with another centre back who is actually any good. (Malky Mackay) He didn''t want to go and was slowly forced out of the team by roeder who seems to think Stefanovic and Kennedy are reliable signings. Eventually, he was sold to pay Sibierski''s wages.

What was the performance like?
Menzies Campbell replied to ROBFLECK's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I agree with an earlier post saying that Clingan was the best player on the pitch in the second half. We looked better than them for the first 25 minutes of the second half yet rarely threatened the goal. Lita should have made it 2-2 and perhaps we might have snatched a point. -
One off or will we be up there?
Menzies Campbell replied to Arturo Lupoli's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Arturo, concentrate on training as opposed to asking public opinion as to whether we will be up there. Score on Saturday please. -
