1. Not sure if there has been a thread about this yet? I couldn''t see one. Anyone know the latest score? I see the squad is on the official site but no update.
 2. Never heard of him? He is mentioned on here though (under 10.02.2010 article): http://www.foncy.co.uk/LatestNews.html
 3.

I think this isn''t just about the dead leg, more a convenient way of giving Hughes a game without appearing to drop Smith.
Quite possibly. Smith looked a bit under par on Saturday for me. If he is a little tired why not use the squad we have. Ironically given the glut of midfielders Gunn signed I think it represents our weakest area. I would only back Hughes or McNamee to come in and do a job at the moment if one of the 4 regulars got injured.
He did have a genuine dead leg, strapped up and limping a bit. Why do people question things like this? If there is a doubt Lambert has no reason to risk him.
 4. Forster - yes, impressive season, but would like to see Dec given more games, which would be hard without us being in the JPT. Very tough decision and will ultimately come down to finance. Yes Forster is good but we shouldn''t get ripped off to keep him (bearing in mind he could get injured at any time!) Rose - solid and was great cover for Drury, with some valuable assists. This one is 50/50 for me, but I would say that he won''t be likely to get gametime while Drury is fit. Again, if he is cheap (I mean free transfer and minimal wages) then sign him up, if not he would have to be sent back in my opinion. Elliot - made a decent goalscoring impression but didn''t do much against Leeds. I think he would cost a bit to keep so if I was manager I wouldn''t sign him. I''d say the money could be better spent on someone else.
 5. Haha could have guessed Alf would have popped up on this thread!
 6.
He is still young and will get better. He is a very good finisher. I am confident that he will blossom in the championship. He does have a lack of pace and that may hold him back from being a top player although i think he can aspire to play for a premiership club although probably not a top one
But he''s been to a sprint trainer recently...
 7.

How have you all voted? Can I do it online?
You can''t actually vote online but you can vote by email, text or by completing a voting slip which you can find at the ground. Email is probably the easiest - POTS@ncfc-canaries.co.uk - you need to include your nomination (obviously!), your name, customer number if relevant, address and contact number. Full details can be found at http://www.canaries.co.uk/page/NewsDetails/0,,10355~2002299,00.html
Cheers!
 8.
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has a spare stub from the following away games. Call me an anorak but I like to keep a collection and am missing a few. So I want a stub from Hudderfield, Swindon and Leeds. They are all this season and I would really appreciate it if someone would send me any of them. If you are willing to help me out please PM me and i''ll send you my address.Cheers, Roy.
I have one for Huddersfield. I even have a completely unused ticket too if you want that? Its a complimentary one though.
 9. My point was more to emphasise that his faults have been widely documented, whereas the average man on the street''s wouldn''t be. It''s easy to judge people without knowing them, he may be alright guy once you get to know him. My opinion is that the press like to put down people who make mistakes, but fail to highlight some of the good things about them. I found his BBC interview quite good.
 10. Can I start by saying that I am not defending his actions, but I think it''s awful how everyone has a go at him for what he has done in the past. I think he comes across quite well (see BBC sport website for interview by Danny Mills) and I know for a fact that he does a lot of charity work. It''s easy for everyone to say "he''s a thug" etc, but ultimately, he had a responsibility to behave himself (because he is a pro footballer and it is his duty) and he slipped up. Earning thousands of pounds at such a young age is not easy for some people and getting in scuffles and fights is parts of growing up for nearly all young men. Unfortunately he had to do it in the limelight whereas others don''t. I would even go as far to say that many on this message board have had a scrap or two in the past, but I bet it didn''t make the national papers. Give the guy some slack, everyone has a history, something I have learnt myself recently.
 11.
I got wind of a big punt on Staines Town last night, so got on that with a ton, paid £65. Also made a decent amount referring friends to Betfair at the end of February, making me £50 a time. I don''t tend to like betting on International Friendlies, but tonight I think Spain look a good price at 11/8 (away against France), so might just do them.
I hope you all followed me and made some money on Spain!

 13. I had a book fall on my head today...only have my shelf to blame...
 14. You should be able to get a refund, I have a few trimes before when I have bought tickets then got freebies from the players and taken them back, if you give them enough notice its usually fine.
 15. I was going to go to this one too, might give it a miss now.
 16. Did they say how many were left? I already have one, was just curious as to how fast they are selling.
 17. The obvious one would be Leeds at home but I am guessing they have done their schedule for then already and not chose it?
 18. I think Wes is intelligent enough to get away from a man marker. All he needs is a chance to set up a goal for our two strikers (who are quality finishers) or score one himself. If not we have McNamee who can add width and we can go two up top.
 19. I went down there for NYE and went to honeyclub, its a HedKandi type place, quite cool and right on the seafront. Definitely worth a look, if not there is an Oceana on the front too, but I imagine thats full of chavs as we heard it is a standard Luminar Leisure type place.
 20.

You on a mission to try and offend everyone today Wiz?
No, just the idiots..............[;)]
Keep up the good work then
 21. The article was quite a good read, shows there is a decent team spirit which may have been lacking in the last few seasons. This quote at the end made me laugh though. “I don''t set targets. The target now is to keep winning, to stay in the top two and get promoted.”
