1. Was linked last week with Ipswich , Middlesboro and one other Championship club , Middlesboro were said to be fav to get him .
 2. I see in the article where Ken Bates says clubs can stick their bids for Leeds best players he also says Neil Kilkenny and Bradley Johnson are moving on because we need better than them .
 3. Both Norwich and Swansea are 8/15 to be relegated.
 4.

Paddy Power outright prices for the 3 promoted clubs are QPR 750/1SWANSEA 2000/1NORWICH 3000/1Surprised we are viewed as that far behind the other two , they really do see us as next seasons whipping boys .
Do you know the odds for us to stay up? With the way the bookies have it we will be relegated by February! Can''t wait to prove them wrong, Anyway, we will be coming 3rd this season according to trends. 1st in League 1 - 2nd in the Championship and then 3rd in the prem!
Norwich to avoid relegation  11/8
 5. Bates has told clubs bidding for Leeds best players to stick their bids , Snodgrass must be very unlikely now.
 6. Paddy Power outright prices for the 3 promoted clubs are QPR 750/1SWANSEA 2000/1NORWICH 3000/1Surprised we are viewed as that far behind the other two , they really do see us as next seasons whipping boys .
 7. Surely if Liverpool were to loan Pacheco out again it would be to a team where he was going to get some game time , Lambert hardly gave him much time on the pitch at Championship level and we have added two new strikers since then . If he is not going to play he might as well do that at Liverpool as at Norwich . As for Chris Martin , he''s been around this club for what seems like a lifetime without ever really reaching the heights people expected of him , his stand out season was in League 1 and that is probably his level.

 9. Was reading the Qpr forum Loft for Words the other day and they had a thread on there "Norwich getting ripped off ", saying we were paying way over the odds for average Championship players with most agreeing we were spending good money on tat like it was going out of fashion . Huckerby tweeted the other day £3.5 million for Snodgrass ? time to add some proven Premiership players to the squad . Will buying Championship and League 1 players become a benchmark for Premiership survival  ? next season will give us the answer , if City stay up i am sure more managers will take that route in the future , personally i think 2 or 3 players with experience of the top flight would be no bad thing.
 10.
the bit i don''t like, "if Norwich were a Championship club, we wouldn''t be having this conversation"
Yes , sounds like its not so much Norwich he wants to join as any Premiership side , out the door quicker than Ashton if we come back down and he''s had an ok season .
 11. I agree , lots of strikers but all with big question marks at that level , would have liked Nugent on a free , very good player.
 12. Barry Fry has said Norwich are not the club that have had a bid accepted for CMS .
 13.

Chris Martin to Posh?
That would be my guess too , the Chairman says they already have CMS replacement sorted and he will be the clubs record buy , to me that could well be Chris Martin.
Oh dear oh dear, I am glad that you two ain''t our manager if you would sell somebody with the talent of Chris Martin (who also has at least a couple of years to run on his contract) for £1 million.
If Lambert thought that highly of him he would not be trying to sign every striker on the market just now . Chris Martin very good league 1 striker who failed to put the ball in the net a league higher . £1 million would be a very good price for him .
 14. Daily Mail says we are set to complete CMS deal when he gets back from holiday for £3 million .
 15. Its pretty clear we are in for Morison , CMS however could just be speculation as we were after him before , would be rather surprised if we signed both after bagging Vaughn already . Vokes not to sure about him dont think he has an awful lot of goals in his locker .
 16.
Chris Martin to Posh?
That would be my guess too , the Chairman says they already have CMS replacement sorted and he will be the clubs record buy , to me that could well be Chris Martin.
 17. Fernandes tweets he has put in an offer to buy the club ,West Ham respond there has been no offer , maybe Mr Lotus is all talk no action , funny how he''s been banging on again about investing in Norwich ever since promotion , where was he when we needed the money .
 18.

Back up for Holt maybe or maybe Lambert does not feel Holt and Jackson will be up to the higher level , its going to be so much harder than the Championship . We could do with at least one striker proven at that level imo .
If Holt isn''t up to the Premier League, then I fail to see how Morison would be.
Thats why i said we could do with at least one striker who is proven at the level , too many question marks about the strikers already at the club and the ones we are linked to at Premiership level . Look how Jackson struggled last season untill the last month or so and the jump in class is going to be much higher this time.
 19. Back up for Holt maybe or maybe Lambert does not feel Holt and Jackson will be up to the higher level , its going to be so much harder than the Championship . We could do with at least one striker proven at that level imo .
 20. http://www.southlondon-today.co.uk/Sport.cfm?id=19743&headline=NorwichTime to walk away imo .

 22. Well if the fee is £4 million which has been mentioned then QPR are welcome to him , these strikers we are being linked with have hardly any Championship experience let alone the top flight . Millwall want around £3 million for Morison and he''s only been out of non league 2 or 3 seasons , ridiculous.
 23. The three promoted teams would normally be seen as the three weakest and that should be no different this season . Only way to prove them wrong is by staying up , Ipswich on the other hand now seem to be established as a bottom half Championship side who look more likely to drop a league than gain promotion.
 24.
And now Posh  say 2 bids in from Premier league clubs, I think this is Mr Barry Fry on the wind up and pushing his luck
Well QPR ,Norwich and Everton were all linked in this mornings press so it could be true.
 25. Shane Long might as well not have been on the pitch today did nothing all game .
