1. How about 10,000 seasopn ticket holders putting in £1,200 each over a 24 month period. It would cost £50 per month and would raise £12m which would reduce the debt to a more acceptable level. 4 conditions Donations to be converted into shares The club must not trade at a loss Anyone donating gets their season ticket at current prices for the next 5 years The club must not re-employ Neil Doncaster I''m prepared to cough up on this basis

4. I had hoped that there would be a woman out there that was capable of a humorous response. Never mind.
5. The temperature at Saturday''s game is forecast to be about 1C. However, according to the BBC it will be much more windy and the wind affected temperature (windchill factor) will be minus 15C. Wrap up warm boys. Girls shouls stay at home in front of the cooker.
6.

Good news - the bookmakers are never wrong and out of 20 candidates Lambert is not even in the betting - so to avoid disappointment have a fiver on him at 200/1 at least a grand would some what soften the blow
I think we will lose him, but not untill he has established himself, probably will be here till around 20.11
You must be in the know if you can confidently predict Lambert will leave at 11 minutes past 8
7. Man U 1 City 2 We were then Division 2 FAC 3 Jan 1968 United went on to win the European Cup 4 months later!
8.

If it was I was there.11 years old,63,000 in old trafford, and the yellows beat them.
was this the game where our striker celebrated by giving man u fans the V sign?
No - that was Ted MacDougall in a League Cup semi final in 1975. He latched on to a poor back pass, flicked a V at the Stretford End, then scored.
9. Radio Norfolk said yesterday that Holt has been playing with an injury for some time.
10. Quiz question for some of our older posters - Who were the last team from a Division below Man Utd to win an F A Cup tie at Old Trafford?
11.
What don''t they sing in the river end?! Atmosohere yesterday was one of the best I''ve heard at Carrow Road this season!
Great??? You could have heard a pin drop for most of the match.
12. Don''t be too sure they won''t go down. Their fixtures between now and the middle of February are horrible (see BBC sport - I can''t be bothered to type them) The other difficulty they have is that no one at this stage really thinks they will get relegated, much like us and Southampton last year. Fingers crossed!
13. My card to Cowling On the front This Christmas Jesus Loves You on the inside Everyone in Norwich thinks you are a ****
14. Get up Stand up Stand up for your rights Get up Stand up Don''t give up the fight (Bob Marley)
15. But would you want to draw them away in the first round? Game to be played at Portman Road with 20,000 blue and white retards screaming with delight every time one of our players gets injured, or worse still when they score. The ultimate nightmare. Hope they get stuffed.
16. Extract from the interview with Lambert - When all his players are fit, Lambert will be top heavy in the midfield department - while other areas are sparsely served. Matt Gill made his first playing appearance under Lambert when he played for the reserves on Wednesday, while Owain Tudur Jones is still out of the picture, along with defenders Michael Spillane and Michael Nelson. The day they all return to fitness strengthens his options - but not everywhere. “Tudor Jones is centre midfield, Matty''s a centre midfielder, Darel (Russell) is a centre midfielder, Korey (Smith) is a centre midfielder, Stephen Hughes is a centre midfielder,” he said. “But for instance in the right area you have where Michael (Spillane) and Jon (Otsemobor) are out there is only two - whereas central midfielders we have at least half a dozen in there.” Is he trying to say that he would be happy for Gill to go back to Exeter in part exchange?
17. Radio Norfolk suggested this afternoon that Martin O''Neill had contacted the club to recommend Lambert.
18. McNally says in the EDP that "the players do not have all the facts concerning Gunn''s sacking. When he has interviewed after the game at Exeter, McNally said that the 7-1 defeat was not the only reason for his dismissal. Gunn seems to be very quiet, which all leaves me to wonder what exactly it was (apart from a 7-1 defeat) that caused the problem. I think there must have been something else - particularly as Gunn was sacked after a 4-0 victory and apparently had to get home from Exeter under his own steam. Anyone got any ideas? Perhaps the most important thing is that we have got rid of an embarrasingly poor manager. Good luck to Paul Lambert.
19. Jim Gannon turned down the Brighton job. He wasn''t sacked by Stockport - they just didn''t have the money to renew his contract. He is now manager of Motherwell, so it seems that our chances of getting him are gone. A shame really, we could have got him at the end of last season when he was the only manager in the bottom 2 Divisions with full European coaching qualifications. Brian Gunn on the other hand couldn''t even match the qualifications of the manager at Dereham Town!
20. Hoolahan - anything that helps to persuade him to stay!
