1. An Ipswich player I was at school with told me that the manager (I think his name was Ferguson) had got sunburned on a pre season tour.  He asked the doctor for something to ease the discomfort and was given some lotion.  The next day at breakfast he complained that he had been up all night in the loo and thought the lotion had caused his stomach problem.  He had swallowed 3 spoonfulls. But not all footballers are thick.  I read recently that Frank Lampard has an IQ of more than 150, which puts him in the top 0.1% of the population.
2. Hello Morty.  Enjoyed your videos. The camera is a Canon Powershot G9, which is a digital compact camera. Bought it second hand a couple of weeks ago from the London Camera exchange on Timber Hill for £200 (for God sake don''t tell the wife) If you''re looking for a good quality 2nd hand camera they have a Fuji 9500 for about £120 (or I should say they did have one last week). The Fuji would take pictures of the same quality as the G9 - it''s just a bit on the bulky side.

4. Sorry Mello - the thought of a Conservative government must have addled my brain
5.

Russell Martin for me. Keep Reading that people ain''t convinced by him but he has not let us down, rarely gets skinned, covers the 2 centre backs impeccably abd attacks well. All this without a right midfielder in front of him!
You obviously didn''t go to Orient then.  After the first few games I thought Russell Martin was a decent aquisition although I did question why Peterborough let him go.  He sort of drifted a bit from then on, and against Orient he had an absolute shocker and was by far the worst player on the pitch.  I''m not sure it is a coincidence that we haven''t seen him since. Most underated for me has to be Adam Drury, we missed him hugely when he was not in the team.
I went to Orient.  The worst player on the pitch was Nelson.  He gave them 2 goals on a plate.
6. Is the rumour true? Was Roy Hodgson beaten to the Norwich job by Peter Grant?
7. I think we all need to chip in and have a prize for the most stupid suggested new signing. I see someone has already jumped the gun and suggested Neil Mellor
8. I love it when you talk dirty WITS.  You''re such a tart
9. I bought an inflatable ''friend'' from Poundland last time we got promoted.  She kept going down on me,,,,, Sorry WITS - it had to be done.
10. Ipswich fans on TWTD are posting that David Wright is going to sign for us.  Apparently he refused to play for them yesterday
11. Oops.  Don''t think Danny Butterfield will be playing right back for us next year

13. Anyone know who''s available on a free in the summer?
14.
Norwich City Football Club rumours. Paul Lambert has his ideas of who, from the current squad, will not cut it in the Championship next season. He has been given permission by the board to sell or release who he sees fit in the summer. The first to leave will be Jamie Cureton who''s contract will not be renewed, his most likely destination looks to be Shrewsbury. Also released will be club veteran Paul McVeigh, who will most probably return in a coaching role at some point. Rhoys Wiggins will be off to B''mouth on a free. Other outs will include; Matt Gill (Exeter) Owain Tudor–Jones (Yeovil) And Michael Rose and Stephen Elliots loans will not be made permenant. These paired with the money the board have promised Lambert will make for a healthy transfer kitty. He will first try to nap Geordie keeper Fraser Forster off Newcastle for another season after he impressed at Carrow Road. If this can''t happen he will look at either Ben Alnwick of spurs or a bid for P''boro''s Joe Lewis. Also on Lamberts wish list are: George Boyd (P''boro) Tommy Rowe (P''boro) Nicky Baily (Charlton) Chris Dagnall (Rochdale) Adam Le Fondre (Rotheram) Albert Adomah (Barnet) so who wrote this one :L any thoughts ?
I do like a good laugh to start off the weekend.   What''s he going to do - teach them to drink Guinness?
15. Why on earth would we want Stead? Not as talented as Holt, Martin. JohnsonAs regards the youngster (wickham?) the last 2 young forwards Ipswich raved about are now plying their trade in the 3rd Division.  Lets see how good he is once Nelson has trodden on him
16. In the early 80''s I went to every away game for 2 years.  We won away at West Ham on the first day of the first season.  We didn''t win away again for the whole of that season or the entire season that followed.  We finally won away again at Everton on the first away tripof the season that followed. I gave up at that point and didn''t start going away again regularly until the wonderful days of the early 1990''s.I have been travelling away on and off again ever since, but Charlton this season was only the 3rd time in nearly 30 years that I have seen City win a League game in London.
17. Forster.  1 mistake all season and probably won us 6 or 7 games.  We would be fighting for 5th or 6th place with a bog standard 3rd division keeper
18. Thought the funniest bit was the guy in the number 7 shirt who lost his shoe. I went to an away game at Derby years ago.  Mark Wright was playing and lost hios boot dribbling the ball out of defence.  He got all the way to the halfway line with one boot on and knocked a perfect pass out to the wing.  When he went back to put his boot on, it was gone.  Robert Fleck had picked it up and thrown it in the crowd.  Priceless!
19.
This year its the world cup,so up to and including the final when we lift the trophy,it will be big screens like the mall in Norwich or yarmouth beach if they do put a giant screen up again...Then Hols! :)
If you''re going to nick the trophy its probably best not to boast about it on forums like this.  Having said that, I''ll open the bidding at £100 if you are successful.  I will obviously want the film rights as part of the deal
20. I thought Mr Carter was a Merchant Banker.  I hadn''t realised he was a builder
21.
on the basis that its only function is to stop the ball getting lost in the river [:D]
Where do you sit Morty?  I''ll try for a close up.  Try and remeber not to pick your nose
22. For God''s sake, a few kids ran on the pitch.  So what. When is was in my late teens I had a long chat with the West Ham goalkeeper about the mayhem that was going on behind me in the Barclay.  I obviously know better now.  What happened on Saturday was just silly little kids having a good time.  Think back to what you were like at that age before you pass judgement.
