i have to say i does look as if smudger is right after all if the squad stays as it is i will be 100 percent behind the protest as i dont beleive doomcaster or delia are very buisness minded and i failo to see the ambition in buying and then selling are best players.Its as if smudger new this was going to happen all along

i agree and also disagree with alot of your posts firstly etuhu never showed up to any of the games last season and 1.5 million is a great price for someone that most games couldnt cut it .I was not as happy about the clause in earnies contract though thats all been done and dusted .I for one will be protesting outside carrow road with smudger if we dont bring in at least another 5 players our squad is thinner than last seasons  and if i dont see any of the money being spent i agree that is cause for concern.

couldnt agree with u more what on earth does roy keane see in etuhu i would definately not want the sort of attitude hes shown at city at my club if i were keane some games i cant remember ever seing him get involved hes lazy,lost posession with sloppy pases to often ,and never showed any passion or drive apart from at the televised games .1.5 million though doncaster will be laughing all the way to the bank when keane finds out what aload of rubbish he has bought .just hope we can sign someone decent now .

i agree ricardo it was only the other day i was slating smudger for being negative but after logging on to my computer at work and finding out etuhu was about to leave along with safri  it looks like smudger may well be right .if we sell the above mentioned we will have sold to of the best players at the club(on there days that is) and be left with an even thinner squad than we started with last season we need to spend proper money if we want to succeed .I would love to see ben watson but would doubt he would come to "naarfolk" this early in his career as he is still 21 all of a suden the future isnt looking so bright.

i have a feeling roy keane is going to get a lot more out of him than grant has we all know he has potentual but do we realy need the sort im not bothered attitude in midfeild he turns it on for the cameras the only good game i can remember him having is at chelsea its a shame to lose him as if he performed every week we would have one of the leages best midfeilders at our club it is inevitable that both him and safri will leave so lets move on and get in ben watson for starters.

lower barclay sat in the family area of the ground at a home game last season and there is absolutely no atmosphere at all does anyone ever sit in boxes at games its even worse in there

without a doubt the six nil loss to fulham has been the worst moment as a city fan we only had to draw to stay up and the best shortlived moment was iwan roberts goal at the play off finals in extra time the noise when we scored was unbeleivable     

get rid of him we need players with ability in this league if we are to stand any chance of getting out of it he is constantly giving the ball away and i always feel very uneasy at games whilst he has the ball at his feet .Any way i would have thought brellier(sp) was a much better player in the midfeild

earnshaw  has just signed for derby for 3.5 million isnt that what we bloody signed him for we should have got 5million at the least what planet are his board on best striker in the championship out 32 year old cureton in for peanuts weres the ambition

not sure how he got inthe teamof the season last year if he hardly played for crewe last year but sounds a great signing has got pace which we need at the back looking forward to seeing him play next season

spot on baron bludgeon although the facilities at city are premiership standard we dont hold much of an attraction to the players we have been linked with and knowing grant and the board that sounds like just the sort of deals we would be looking at. would love to se either sharp or eastwood here though

20+ goals a season how could it not work but sadly im geusing acureton brown partenership next season neither of whom poses much of a n attaking threat both have no pace when we sell earnshaw we have to try and replace him with a young pacy striker possibly eastwood

it seems so far that us and wolves are the only two teams who have had offers for sharp accepted and put in offers for eastwood boths similar players and cant see both going to wolves i would be happy with eastwood though wasnt bad at this level could see him and brown forming  a good partnership or maybe even earnie and eastwood (seems unlikely though)it definately looks like we are going all out for a replacement similar to earnshaw but knowing city we will probably end up with cureton who after the quoted price of 750,000 im not so keen on realistically the signings i would predict this window are gavin rae(looks averidge),ostembor who im looking forward to seeing and cureton all of who i doubt would help us push for the top six.

i would love to see the following at city karl hawley cureton billy jones marvin elliot (when he can be bothered looks a good player) alex jon baptiste along with a more experienced centre half like russel anderson mashal not sure theres much chance of even half of them coming to city but if we could get in ostembor marshal and cureton for starters id be happy with that

spot on wiz im afraid i cannot see him wanting to come to norwich and the board i agree are using this rumour a s an excuse to make it look like we tried .lets face it earnshaw couldnt have made it clearer that he was of to the prem and the fact we are bidding for replacements this early its clear they are obviously looking for a smokescreen.we didnt show anything last season to attract players like varney or sharp and we can only hope for someone like karl hawley to take pity and join us . we have always been used as a stepping stone to bigger things take ashton ,sutton,eadie, green and now earnshaw(surely of) and i honestly cant see us ever managing to keep on to good players unless we make things happen and the board back grant to get into the prem.

has been playing extremely well for real madrid i personally dont understand why he was constantly slagged of as being crap at the world cup he was the only player looking to create goals and cross into the box and was even scoring a few unlike lampard who never seemed to be up to much and even now looks out of sorts in the england team
