But.... Is it the beginning of the end or.... The end of the beginning? Will a certain person still cling on by her boney, scarlet red avon-slathered nails til the very last second ? -
Transfer Rumours- Jonathon Varane?

I see a signing coming in being instrumental in persuading other players staying put. That is essential if the club feel promotion as a possibility. Really is a big, big pressure on Wagner to sell the dream to current and new players. He might be very good behind the scenes in supporting the younger players and when the powers that be see this, how can they sack him? I've a feeling he will be here for another 12 months. I don't agree with that but the manager is a big part in recruitment. -

Enough time has passed for the Daily Wail headline to apply equally to Attanasio as well. If he is as involved with Knapper as suggested elsewhere, then our new American friend is culpable and should share the blame for the club being without direction! -
KS normally winds me up no end but that made me smile.

Sorry, can't fully agree with that summary. Before the cross came in, Nunez was physically pulled away from James giving him a fraction more time. Could have been a foul but not seen or ignored by the officials. Duffy? If he steps back then Bamford runs across him and wins the ball. Stacey partly culpable as he should cover the immediate threat. Duffy was in the correct position. That's how I was coached by Mr Appleby (Appleton) West Earlham Junior school under 11's late 60's!

If our defence keeps it's shape then I can see us only conceding one. Attack? Going for two early goals. BUT, depends on the ref as ER can get feisty. COYY

I wonder how much his agent has pocketed for two moves in about 6 months. -
Not at the match but I'm divided about him. Only 25 but has played just over 50 games in 3 and half seasons. Hope he comes good.

Reasons for Wagner to stay?
In my blood replied to Canary Jedi's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
If Wagner stays, he can put up a case to Knapper that injuries and a limited squad have stiffled his plans and he needs time to change and implement his high energy style. The question is, will Knapper go along and work with Wagner to this end. The problem with that is you change the squad to a particular style and a new manager may be a different tactician. That time is then wasted. None of us know the workings behind the scenes and the decisions being made. I can see some posters reasoning in wanting to be optimistic about Wagner. But the performances and tactics, to me, tell a different story. He needs to go. -
Stumped as well. How about 'Northen British king in the rich list!' 6 and 6
