Alot of these teams seem to be good at writing Lamberts team talks for him. Danny Wilson pretty much done that by saying we wouldnt get promoted against Swindon. This Deeney chap again has basically written Lamberts team talk while Colchester are doing a brilliant job of getting our players fired up for the game

Its a very difficult one. It has to be between Roeder, Gunn and Grant. Gunn should never have beenin the job and i sort of have sympathy with him. Grant was useless but at least he knew he wasnt doing a good job and had the descency to resign whereas roeder would have never resigned and lets face it even though gunn was in charge when we went down it was roeders doing so its roeder for me

Why cant they just use a bit of common sense and call the thing off in the morning instead of leaving it till that last minute?Also as other people have stated surely Walsall need to apologize to us and charlton as putting those barrels on the pitch on monday was bad enough but to not get it properly sorted out twice in a week is pathetic and to blame it on lambert was very low

Just got back aswell. Was a really good day. The support was phenominal today. I was sitting on the side today an even in there was a really good atmosphere.Neil Adams and Chris were right near the fans so you could probably hear us really well on there. had a bit of a chat with Adams before and he''s alot more forthcoming and critical than he is on the radio. I believe there was a bit of a farce with the tickets as i think they may have sold us too many and there were not enough seats so loades of people had to stand at the front.Performance wise I think 1st half we were pretty sloppy but we really turned on the style second half and if it wassnt for their keeper we probably could have got about five. Personally out of our players I was really impressed with Drury as he seemed alot more useful going forward than usual. Diddnt think we were going to get the goal towards the end but thankfully we did.

Just seen on sky sports news that they are having a pitch inspection at 9:30. Erm im sorry but why could that not have been done when we played them!

Yeh I must have been near you as one of my mates was one of those allowed aswell. He said it was fine aswell and some of the stewards diddnt see to much of a problem with it. Was watching highlights of games on ssn earlier and people might want to have a look out for the bradford game when they show it on the football league show as it looked alot worse than the walsall pitch! Well I wonder if you would be glad the game was off if you had travelled 3 hours each way and forked out loads on petrol like some had to do to find out when you got there that really you had travelled for no reason

Just a suggestion but does anyone think that maybe we could just have another go at playing this walsall game next tuesday. Were not playing dont think walsall are either so we can just get this game out of the way now instead of playing it later on in the season

Its a shame in a way aswell because we had around 2,200 fans going and they had even given us some of one of they other stands so would have been a really good atmosphere. Also Walsall are going to lose out on a hell of a lot of money as theres no chance of us bringing such a big following if its on a tuesday night

I personally am really unhappy about this all. To only postpone it 1 hour before was a joke. I just dont understand why they couldnt check it in the morning to save us getting there. I will get all my money back as I went on the coach but to have to go all the way there and back for no reason is very annoying

I sit in the lower barclay in the block closest to the away fans. I do think at times it can be a bit quiet but it seems that once we take the lead our fans seem to get going abit more and the atmosphere gets alot better

What on earth is going on with him these days? Is he still injured as havvnt really heard anything about him for ages.Too be honest we should offload him in january. He is basically bottom of the pecking order and even when he did play at the start of the season diddnt seem anything special. And even before he came here he was constantly injured and seems to be the same these days

I asked at the ticket office after the oldham game about the col u tickets. Basically they said they are still yet to finalise the deal but they can either get an allocation of 1900 or 3000. Basically if they get the 3000 they will just go on general sale where as if they get the smaller allocation they will do applications. Lets face it we are going to take a huge crowd so you would think logically we would take the 3000. But too be honest as people say it is probably colchester just messing us around. I am also thinking that this might be a bit of an expensive one as I can see colchester trying to charge us huge prices cos of all the stuff that has happened.It has to be said that I really do pray to god we can beat these lot because if we lose then I dread to think how much stick we will get
