"Dutch people have a reputation for being egotistical and arrogant" "an opinion that could be true" It''s a racist opinion, that''s what it is. What are your preconceptions on the races of our other players Paul? Should have kept Cody. MORON. -
Urgh, Chrome. Its this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiB7kcvlbs4&feature=player_embedded

Blackpool are to pay his wage in scratch cards, it was an offer he simply couldn''t refuse. -
It will benefit Archant as they will be selling that space to advertisers. End thread.

No Grant Holt...? VERY suspicious.

Judging by your name and avatar you must really be the "Go To Guy" when it comes to design and branding.

Really like that half racing green half white diagonal design, simple but very effective. Not sure if Aviva would be too happy though! Could you mock one up in regular home Yellow and Green as well? Reckon that could be a nice change.

Given a choice?
Norwich R Us replied to The Masked Raccoon 's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I think when people say he is overrated, it''s in relation to the media hysteria from when he first arrived on the scene, terms were being thrown around like "World Class", "Next Pele", "Best English player in the last 30 years" etc etc. What he is is a very good footballer. What he isn''t is the greatest player of his generation, an idea that many seemed to buy into. -
Favourite Grant Holt goals
Norwich R Us replied to Haggerdoo's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I''d forgotten just how good some of his league 1 and Championship goals were until I revisited this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OI5o2snTH9Y
Number 2 against Yeovil, literally bumping and shrugging off 3 players to get the move going forward! Man against boy, classic GH :) -

"there is only one football club in this city"
Norwich R Us replied to a1canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Quite rightly, EB will have to work his socks off to be better than his peers. Competition for places is great for the club :) -
He''s proved me wrong time and time again, and much to my shame I''ve been nasty towards CH.............for that, I can only apologise to him.[:$] Now I just have total respect and admiration for the man, so its no wonder the players like him.
WOW! Wiz''s medication finally seeped in then. Why is it that I have such a strong feeling that this will be a VERY quotable post over the next 12 months?!

New Signing!
Norwich R Us replied to Green and Yellow fellow's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
ITK TRANSFER @ITK_TRANSFER 16m Norwich are set to announce the signing of Nathan Redmond in the next hour. #ncfc Details Just saying. lol. -
Moronic reaction to go with it.
-
A little unreasonable... but it is pretty lame that you can qualify as a "Norwich Legend" by simply living here after retirement!

Michael Bailey''s journalism life cycle: 1) Open Pink''Un message board / Norwich City News Now. 2) Cast eyes on transfer rumours. 3) Recycle into new articles. 4) Sell to Archant. Eat dinner. Sleep. 5) Repeat.

The other thread went ''Live'' while I was writing this one. Sorry forum police, but it was in my blind spot.

on front page of pinkun, wonder what he means by football wise didn''t see eye to eye? Is it just that Tierney didn''t ''do tactics''? Was he just a ''dog down the park'' all along? “I wanted to work with someone who was hungry and who could get me going like Paul Lambert did so, when I spoke to Dougie Freedman I thought he was going to do exactly that,” he said. “Chris Hughton is a fine fellow, but football-wise we didn’t see eye to eye. That’s absolutely fine, and it has paid off for me because a club the stature of Bolton came in and I’ve got a manager who will really get me going."

All the best to Korey, was a constant fixture in our League One winning adventure and brought tremendous attitude, desire and maturity into each game. For a player so young these are very admirable traits and should set him up nicely for a good career at a lower level. After years of happily seeing awful players crawl away (and usually onto the scrap heap), its really sad seeing players leave the club that gave their all to us and ultimately got us to where we are today. I guess it''s just the dark side of our success that everyone has to accept.

Hull make £4 mil bid for Hooper ..
Norwich R Us replied to Gaz06's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
And you probably think RVW will be a goal machine because he has a foreign name and cost £8.5 million . Every chance he could fail at Prem level just like Hooper in fact I would say more so.
Did I mention anything about RVW at all? Nope.
Or that because Celtic have a far better squad than everyone else they were able to share the goals around? The fact that the majority of Celtic fans didn''t want him to leave in Jan tells you all you need to know.Have you watched Hooper play?I just do not understand why some of our fans are so willing to write him off? If he was called Garibayo Nhooper who''d scored 30 goals last season in some foreign league everyone would be wetting themselves with excitement.
When have the ''majority of fans'' ever wanted their highest scorer to leave? And you saying that doesn''t equate to "Fact". Nonsensical point. On closer inspection Hooper only managed 6 assists in the league as well. So 5th top scorer and level 15th top on assists, in a team that dominated a weak league while scoring a shed load of goals.I was merely backing up the previous statement that he wasn''t even the best striker in Scotland last season, you can jump to assumptions if you want, but I think there''s much better value out there.
