1. He''s probably better than Holt or Martin but would rather not have him here.

 4. I very much doubt there is a romantic story attached to this.. he''s a footballer ffs.
 5. Somewhere with all you can eat buffets one presumes [:$]
 6. Speaking of stewards and morons, isn''t our own Jas the Barclay Queen a steward this season?
 7.

More of a liabitilty than an asset, said so all last season too.
Shows what you know about football then - i.e. not a lot. The boy was voted by his fellow professionals in Div. One into the team of the season. Argument over I''d say.
Honestly, I dont how you can rate him him. Its time to be realistic, this is his 3rd season for us, Would he really be playing for us if he were ''that'' good? Would he really be kept out of the Republic of Ireland squad by Keith Andrews, Keith Fahey, Paul Green, Keith Tracey if he were ''that'' good? For his one piece of magic, he''ll give the ball away a dozen times, we might have got away with that in League One, we wont in the Championship. Boasting about having a player voted player of the season in the third tier of English football....................Jeez I thought we wanted more than that.
Trapp''O''Toni said he wouldn''t consider any player not playing at a minimum of Championship level, so let''s see how he gets on this season.

 10.
Jackson isn''t allowed to play I don''t think.
Why wouldn''t he be? He''s our player! Cody won''t be allowed though.
 11. There''s been a lot of talk on here about the rights and wrongs of the price increase however, I''ve seen very little in the way of suggestions as to how the club could be doing it better. So what would you do? The way I see it, in the short term there is a number of ways the club could increase revenue and reduce the debt:Sell our most profitable players (Holt, Hoolahan, Martin)Sell the ground and other fixed assetsReduce the player & staff wage budget (would probably coincide with the first point)Get promoted into the PremiershipReview the supplier base and tender all commodities. Cut out all non football related spend (Delias, Yellows, etc)Increase prices..
 12.
How many men over 60 earn 100k in Norwich........ I think thats a bit extreme. Reducing the concession a bit would be favorable, but not totally.
£100k is excessive admittedly, but drop it down to even £30k and its a lot more than your average pensioner would be earning.
 13.

Let''s get rid of the NHS whilst we''re at it.  Surely those who have money have worked harder and therefore should be treated first.  There are some very strange undertones on this thread.
Last time I checked Norwich City isn''t a government funded institution lol.Football is an entertainment, and if its one someone can''t afford, then they can''t go. The same applies to people carping on about losing Sky sports news off freeview, if you either can''t or don''t want to stump up the cash, then its kinda tough. And I''m not being elitist here, I''m not even working class right now lol.Its simple economics, if you can''t afford something, you can''t have it.
Its simple economics, if you can''t afford something, you can''t have it.Don''t you see that''s my point but whilst you tend to go with the ''that''s what it costs'', I tend to ask why.  As you well know I''m a big liberalist that believes there is enough for all in life let alone football.  If we run by the rule of affordibility (and sorry I had to use such an obviously argument) then we may as well be drones.  Surely doing what''s right has to come into it at some point?  The club has to remember it''s roots.
Okay then, lets just stay "little old Norwich" and never have any success then, that suit you better? Good football costs money, if the club decided to stick to some sort of charitable status then we can''t complain when we slide down the leagues, can we? Or do you want your cake and eat it?
But there comes a point whereby putting the prices up means lower attendances so you don''t make any more money (than charging less and getting higher attendances).
Obviously, and I would expect the likes of McNally to know pretty much where that point is.
McNally has gone on record to state that we as a club have far too many concessions paying to get into the ground. For example, a man aged 60 could be earning in excess of £100k a year, yet can claim OAP discount to get into Carrow Road. This obviously makes no commercial sense.Whilst as a club, our attendances have grown steadily to some of the most impressive in the league, we have also seen our finances get worse at roughly the same level? How on earth is this possible unless the prices we charge are not covering the costs to put on games. Some of you wonder why reserve games have been cancelled, or moved to Colney? I believe it''s because every game we hosted on a week night under the floodlights, we were operating at a loss.
 14. Will we always have a lightweight pretty boy who isn''t quite fast enough to play on the wing, but not strong enough to play at full back or in the middle?
 15. Judging by the appearance of most of the Barclay on Friday ,I think we have enough working / lower / council scum fans as it is [:$]
 16.

For someone playing in the deep lying playmaker role, Fox didn''t get on the ball nearly enough. I honestly didn''t see him get the ball until we''d gone 2-0 down. Not good enough last night.
Then polish your glasses. His passing was excellent from the kick off.
Yeah and he was SUPER good at stopping their midfield coming straight down the middle of the pitch for the entire game. Needs to improve a lot imo.

He was in the Nelson after the game, I bought him a pint.It was a Becks Vier.
I gave him a lift home when my wife picked me up after the game and i will be travelling to Scunthorpe with him and his brother next week.....Jeeeezzuuss what a stupid thread.
Keep me updated on what footwear he wears to the match please.[Y]
Think I saw him before the game. Short bald man with some pointy trendy shoes?

 19. Every ‘debate’ on there is fabricated and Mike Parry (who runs the show) is a classic wind up merchant who says ridiculous things because he knows people will react.   Having said that I was listening the other day and Darren Gough genuinely couldn’t remember what greyhounds were called. “Those whippet things that roon around tracks”..

 21. He''s got what he wanted - a 3 year contract with a signing on fee. I believe Rusty is only in the game for as much money as he can get.
 22. I''ve rounded up a few virgins, dressed them up in rasta wigs and sacrificed them. That will learn the judas b@stard.
