1.
Get over it.  It''s just another example of the "poor little Norwich" mentality that makes it difficult to be proud of my club at the moment.  These things even themselves out.  Barnsley were denied 3 points last night by a controversial penalty decision in stoppage time.  If we stay up and they go down we won''t be complaining about that will we?   Not entirely sure how this has anything to do with a poor little norwich mentality. In fact I''m not even sure what this is? Does anyone recall a certain Mr Worthington openly asking for protection for his players at Wolves in the play off semi final? Any one recall the first few decisions? Worked like a charm. Pressure on the officials has been a part of the game for years. Ask Sir Alex
 2.
and the whole point of it is??????? we wont get any points back.. so it matters little. jas :)
I think you may have missed the point somewhere along the Young Jas.
 3. Why doesn''t the club quickly commission a video on all of the decisions that have gone against us in the last few weeks and make it public that they are sending it to the Football League? If nothing else imagine the pressure it would place on the refs in the last two games not to do the same? Durso, the Sheff Wed game, Birmingham, Binners all with major , point reducing , incompetent refereeing. We could say we are doing it to support the drive for Video Evidence.
 4.
How much did we waste on Sibierski , Omar Koroma , and Lupoli , that money would have been better spent on Paterson .
For interest only, Lupoli was on £15k per week.

Come on Wagcaster let''s have the board''s line on this then???
I''m only a simple suffolk soul...but earnings are not quite the same as profits are they?
 6. I fear it would be the same forelock tugging "beggin ya pardon, Maam" culprits that would him away happy.
 7.
Yes. http://www.canaries.co.uk/page/SeasonTickets/0,,10355,00.html See the small print just above the advertisement.
Thanks PB. You can count on me to claim it too!
 8.

I guess the 15% discount would go a little way towards easing the pain of this disastrous drop into the Third Division
From another thread...
Sorry to sound like a broken record, but it''s 20% if you bought before the 1st deadline and 10% before the 2nd.

Says 15% if renewed before first dealine on page 7 of "The Canary" 2009 issue. Has it been changed?
 9.
There is also a picture of the cheating little c**t on the front of the EDp sports supplement today where he is clearly appealing for the penalty.   He also dived for us at PR a few years ago and got a sc*m player sent off.   Hardly the actions of an honest pro.
Yes , and I think the phrase"I lost my footing" says it all.
 10. Look at the top of our division. Now look at the bottom. You will see three teams in terrible financial circumstances and three with significantly bigger financial resosurces to draw on. I have said for many years that NCFC needs around £30 million pounds to progress. Our club has not actively sought this and as a result will now get relegated. And forget Cullum, that is a complete red herring. This will now happen. 1. We will lose our better players. 2. Our loan players will return 3. Our main creditors will become increasingly nervous. £20 milliion debt on league 1 income is not good news. Expect the spector of administration to grow. Axa are not enjoying the best of times. 4. So we compete on as shoestring, with youth team players, diminishing gates and looking for investment in a recession. Many thanks Neil , and the rest of the Cronies. You are a joke and your CV (which you once said to me was you main asset) is now toilet paper.
 11. It''s Doncaster that should be on your pic dressed as a tw@t. For that it was he is.
 12. Sung to the Binners. "we''ve got Alan Lee, say we''ve got Alan Lee" repeat.
 13. LS it isn''t criticism of Gunn. It is simply saying that in most walks of life, in desperate times you turn to experience. We all know that a change of regieme usually does the trick temporarily and that was exactly what we needed. The players choose Gunny according to Roger Munby, and one of those was Cureton! Now that is crazy!!!!
 14. This is very good Purple. Thanks for putting it all together.
 15. And what did we expect from a man that has never managed anything before? There were managers out there that proabaly would have kept us up. And we didn''t take them on because of the money. How short sighted is that?
 16. Why can I hear Harry Enfield in my head? I sincerely hope not, but I smell the merest whiff of a wind up here....
 17. They could have done this to the Binners!. I fear that NU (sorry Aviva) regard their reputation too highly to do this...imagine their policy holders in the South!
 18.
Grimsby have been relegated 14 times in their history.. more than any other British side..... just trying to raise spirits. jas :)
Did cheer me up. Then i saw they got five at home today. Thanks Jas.
 19.
Looks like we`ve really mastered the Charlton model now.
Best post for ages. Follow the Charlton way my children.
 20.
Gunn has served his purpose as far as the Board are concerned all 17,000 of them .
Don''t forget those buying their tickets by Direct Debit can still cancel (read the terms and conditions). No way will it be 17,000 when the season starts next year.
 21.
Our only hope now is to appoint a specialist fire fighter with the experience of getting teams out of trouble and to spend our way out of trouble  on top of the champoinship quality loanees. Gunn''s signings have made no impact whatsoever but i don''t necesarily blame him for that, he was the wrong man at the wrong time and the board can add that to their ever lengthening list of mistakes.
100% right Sir Daz.
 22.
Fair Play on travelling up there and supporting the side, however he is just the type of supporter that is all that is wrong with our club!! Idiots standing calling for Delias head he says and I bet he stands agressively telling them they are idiots? You are the Idiot stuart, supporting a massively failing board no matter what. They claimed at the NCISA meeting that they were more than confident at avoiding relegation. This shows how far out of touch they are! Gunn speaks like a clueless man, Its a bad pitch, a lucky goal. The whole thing is depressing and our only hope is new investment and leadership! Good luck in league 2 stuart!
You''ll probably find that "Stuart" has an equity card and is paid for his performance by Delia''s PR company. Surely people cant actually think she is doing a good job? Only chance we have got is to peacefully remove Gunn and call Boothroyd or Ince in to get us 5 wins. But there is more chance of them calling in Lord Lucan.
 23.

Curetons problem IS and always WAS, he should not have come back to Norwich. By his own admission he had some unfinished business at Norwich and because he wanted to do SO WELL, SO BADLY he has been unable to mentally cope with his own and our expectations. This has affected his natural scoring ability and this imo is the only reason why he has managed to miss a catalogue of absolute sitters this season. Sorry Jamie, you are a decent genuine bloke but have been a major contributer to this seasons demise and our inevitable relegation to league one.[:(]
Nobody wanted to hear that at the time CP. A few of us tried to put forward that argument but were shouted down by the vast majority who could see no farther forward than the end of their noses. Going back to a club where you were a hero seldom works. It didn''t work with Graham Paddon and it didn''t work with Flecky to name but two. I also said that I didn''t think Russell''s return was a good idea either, although in his case he hasn''t been so obviously out of his depth. Not that Jamie was much of a hero when he left. He was a decent young striker at the time but was never big enough or strong enough for the top leagues. Indeed, his entire record shows he has largely been succesful in the third tier. It would have been nice to have been proved wrong but sadly it has not proved to be so. Jamie was a panic buy to appease the supporters when bids for younger and better players failed. A sad but predictable end for Jamie but even more so for NCFC.
It doesn''t work with managers either...Mike Walker proved that.
 24.

Jamie is not on anything like £8000 a week. He was on around £2000 a week during his Golden Boot season   Jamie told us:   It is not a lot more money, double and a bit but I think the opportunity is better.  It was a going home thing for me so the money really wasn''t that important."  I''d make that around £5k a week.  I''d make that around £5k a week.
I said all that that further up the page [:)]
But you guessed, Cam''s "guess" is a little bit more informed.
It''s not a competition.  I am just baffled how anyone thinks Andy Marshall is worth £480,000.  Leave Jamie out of it.  [:|]   To be honest Cam I''d rather have Marshall up front than Cureton.
