Surely, if you are standing you are obstructing someone''s view unless you''re in the last row. I take my young sons to the matches home and away and it really pisses me off when they can''t see. This oppression nonsense doesn''t wash with me. Maybe if we had been at Hillsborough instead of Villa Park in 1989 we might see some different views on this matter. Having said that I think standing sections (for limited numbers) would be a good compromise.
