Flems testimonial
Garlic Bread?! replied to InLambertWeTrust!'s topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I think it makes everyone happy, Flems happy its a great game for him, the fans are happy (i am at least) to see us play a big team, and the club should also be happy and it will raise some cash although im pretty sure all the money goes to flem. -
I think worthy likes the idea of playing 4-3-3 when we have possesion switching to a 4-5-1 when defending, it seems like a good enough system and hopefully would stop the long ball rubbish and instead look to be playing it wide to hucks and mcveigh. With Safri and Ethuhu i think we have the potential for a decent midfield 3 with a new centre mid aswell - however i believe hughes could have a good season with us, that said we do have micheal spillane and rossi jarvis who can also play that position. Lets hope Hunter can persuade worthy to play the younger players.

Micheal will be off like a shot as soon as a ''big'' club becomes interested (especially if that club is westham)
that he had several league two players lined up for the club and that he had spent the season ticket money on another hotel, to house the fantastic away fans that come to carrow road, doug then came in and said....... Huckerby will be off
Garlic Bread?! replied to 0peteddMMyyyy0Falseen-USTrue's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
When Hucks goes it will be because he doesnt feel like he can play on, not because we cant ''afford'' him he loves it here. -
Worthy selling Hucks?
Garlic Bread?! replied to First Wizard's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Darren Huckerby has rejected a move to Reading. The Norwich striker told Nigel Worthington he would not even think about leaving the Canaries and wants to end his carrer at the club. This may not sit well for the Norwich City manager as he want him away before he can bring anyone in. Footy rumours. -
New Player in discussions with Norwich?
Garlic Bread?! replied to CRAFTY CANARY's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Chris Iwelumo and he looks quite good 16 goals last season and he''s 6''4 -
What are your predictions for next season not just norwich - or the championship: I think we will maybe scrape 6th place, Soton to win the league along with Swansea, Chelsea and Accrington Stanley. Also Wake Me Up When September Ends will no doubt get rapped by all radio stations on October 1st

To be honest I don''t think we need any of these players as they are crap, i would rather have spillane at RB next season he is class. -
Why all this Foley was great' stuff?
Garlic Bread?! replied to Yellow Rider's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Fickle Fans if he stayed we''d want him out when he goes we want him back - when worthy goes we''ll probably be saying he wasnt that bad and we should sack the board. Fickle Fickle Fans. Im glad he''s gone. -
"The true fans showed their loyalty".
This says to me, the fans who are loyal TO HIM as a manager applauded him and the team. I stayed but think he should be sacked, in all honesty though, im just glad the seasons over and the whole situation is left to settle down - as long as i get excited about and enjoy the games i dont mind whos in charge.

Radio Supporters

Put it into perspective - Can you read a film review and then tell someone who went to the cinema (and loved the film) that you thought it was crap and the acting was poor. No. Can you listen to the radio and decide, for yourself, who played well and who was awful. No. Talking to other people about the game/film does not allow you to form your own opinions. If I wanted to know what Roy thought of the game I would listen to the radio, however I have heard whilst watching the game the commentary - the man is a fool. -

Garlic Bread?! replied to Beaker's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Danny Shittu (lol) has got a shot on him - in the warm up before the game he was powering them in he must get loads of goals for a defender. I would not mind him playing for us next season one bit. Cook also looked class. -
Didnt go to the game or listen on the radio how did the players do?
