I am absolutely fuming with this. Was very excited when I saw this game was to be televised, as it was one I was desperate to watch but being exiled and a poor student it was unlikely I''d make it to FCR to watch this one. Only to find, that I have a field trip to the Gambia with uni, which is mandatory for my course, and our flight time is leaving Gambia at 5:20 GMT and arriving back late in the evening (bout 11 or later i think) and cuzve of that c*** Murdoch, not only will I not be able to watch it as Il be on a plane, but even worse, I wont be able to listen on Canariesworld (as I usually do when i cant attend) or even follow the game at all. Potential promotion decider, and I will be stuck on a plane completely unable to access the game. So now I have the dilemma, as I will be DESPERATE to know the result, do I check my phone as soon as Im back on British soil to get the score, or give my phone to the girlfriend under strict instruction not to let me check it, demand no1 tell me the score and watch it on Sky+ when I eventually get home at 2 or 3 in the morning, and run the risk of someone telling me the result, and only to potentially be irate if we have lost and iv gone to all that effort so that I can watch it without knowing the result??

I managed to listen to 1minute 22 seconds before I gave up. It sounds like it was recorded in a shopping centre/pub and the background noise is pretty distracting. It then launches into a bizarre tirade against Lambert for dropping Whitbread "inexplicably".... Clearly the common sense conclusion that maybe Lambert figured that a player who has been out for well over a year with injuries, could maybe do with a rest after playing 5 or 6 games in a row... Fair play for putting this up and if you enjoy making it and people enjoy listening then fair enough, but I would consider maybe thinking a bit more about what you are saying and recording it in a quieter location.

Thats why I posted it up here, I didnt think we had the kind of money to bid for players of Morison''s quality... Thats not to say we won''t find someone of similar ilk from the lower leagues for less money, but I had assumed we liked him, but baulked at the sort of money to put in a serious offer for him... The money available you would presume to be around £1mill - £1.5mill (Someone had a bid of £1.2 rejected I seem to remember) so a serious bid would be around that, plus the rumour we bid a mill for Bennett, (presumably post-Morison bid being knocked back as I cant see us having 3 mill to play with!!)... if these rumours are to be believed anyway. Imo IF (and thats a big if) Lambert still has a mill or so in the kitty, I think that will be enough to see us go up, as Lambert has an impressive knack of getting a lot of player quality for little money.

Not really relevant, but I saw Tudgay about 6 times as I was going round Alton Towers in September. He looked like he was enjoying himself. On a more relevant note, I think he would be a decent addition to the squad and as previously mentioned, he does have a rep for bad attitude but id trust Lambert to put that right.

There''s a couple I keep an eye on, Spurs as my best mate is a spurs fan, I look out for Forest''s results as the stepmom''s family are all Forest supporters.... But the only team I really support apart from Norwich is Fenerbahce - lived in Turkey for 6 months last year and Fener are nicknamed the canaries so I followed them, and actually ended up properly supporting them - watch all the games online etc etc, don''t come close to Norwich in my heart though!!!
