Firstly, top poster. You write, I usually take the time to read. Anyway, the problem with your 'rallying cry' is that it's lost on this current group of players and management. There's no fight at the club, the malaise and air of defeat is tangible at every single facet. The Iwan brace you reference, has to be one of the all time EA derby shocks. It was beautiful! Sure we were a poor side, yet players like Daryl Sutch, Matt Jackson, Craig Fleming, Lee Marshall and Iwan himself were leaders and fighters. They got what it meant to supporters, wore their heart on their sleeve, and we're able to cause an upset through belief and mental strength. Tell me, who in this current side is going to run through walls at Portman Road in 2 weeks? Barnes, probably. Batth, maybe? Apart form that, the team's mental strength is broken. There's no way this current team can be made to be more motivated than Ipswich will be. That's not being unable to 'find my balls', it's just being realistic. This team and manager just can't inspire anything, let alone a fanbase to become excited and hopeful of good things to come. It's just awful at the minute. The only chance at this point IMO, is 'new manager bounce.'

Sorry, you’ll need to start a new thread for that. This thread is reserved for the the Ipswich game 😜 -

Southampton sorted themselves out now. Looking likely to be a 4 horse race between Leicester, Ipswich, Leeds and Southampton. -

Fair. And same. But it still hurts me to be second best to them. I could stomach being second best if we were also performing well, or perhaps we were both in the EPL. That’s the frustrating thing, they should still be catching us, preparing to meet us in the EPL.. but instead we’ve wasted opportunities and just capitulated over the last 18 months and surrendered East Anglian supremacy without a fight. -

More likely offer him a 5 yr deal -
The board bottled making the decision after Sunderland, and before Knapper's arrival. Their lack of bottle has put Knapper under unnecessary pressure. He's not daft, he knows Wagner needs to go. But equally, from a moral stand point, he can't just walk into the club and sack him without giving him a chance. What message does this send out? The current mess, and the continued inevitable damage for the foreseeable future, is all on Delia, Zoe and the board. How they've allowed it to get this bad, and sign off allowing it to get worse, is absolutely shambolic and they should hang their heads in shame. Delia, in particular. Norwich fan, my ****. No Norwich fan would sign this off. We'll be a laughing stock in a couple of weeks, all on their watch, and they don't care at all.

He isn’t very well protected by our fragility defensively, but it’s clear as day he’s a poor shot stopper and doesn’t command his area. Millwall fans were massively critical of him. You can’t just ignore that. Incredible incompetence from Webber and the recruitment team. The guy is finished as a GK at this level.

Stand up and be counted Ben.

Zoe Webber should be gone too. Absolutely zero faith the three of them can sort this out. We need new owners and a chairperson. -
3 points is all that matters
