1. The ref was absolutely disgraceful yesterday even worse than Simon Hooper and thats saying something! How he missed Jacksons stamp on Hanleys head I will never know. Every time Hernandez and Spence tussled, Spence had his arm around Hernandez neck, free kick to Ipswich. Chambers constantly pushing Rhodes yet Rhodes never got decision. No booking for the blatant foul from behind on Pukki in the first half, I could go on. One of the worst one sided refereeing displays I have ever seen.
2. So what would you chose 4-1-4-1: Krul Aarons, Klose, Hanley, Lewis Tettey Hernandez, Leitner, Trybull, Pukki Rhodes 4-2-3-1: Krul Aarons, Klose, Hanley, Lewis Trybull, Leitner Hernandez, Buendia, Pukki Rhodes 3-5-2: Krul Passlack, Hanley, Klose, Zimmermann, Lewis Trybull, Leitner Buendia Rhodes, Pukki Nice to have a squad with a lot of options. I personally feel we need Buendia in the team and my preference would be the 4-2-3-1 I have gone with.
3. Someones gotta pick it haven''t they: Ipswich v NORWICH - Away Win For the match bet, Jordan Rhodes to score anytime.
4. Pleased when my selection goes in the final 6 but I get even more nervous as I don''t like to be the letdown bet. Good luck Ryan and Kevin lets hope for a first win!
5. I too had a look at there forum and conclude them to be almost as deluded as the binners. There Preston for Christ sake! They''ve never been in the premier league, they are nowhere near as big as us. We have possibly our worst squad on paper in 7 or 8 years and they still couldn''t beat us. Flukey goals made me laugh, first was a fantastic move second was a quality striker. Getting a bit big for their boots if you ask me.
6. Tettey was diabolical tonight. I was furious when he gave the ball away (for the umpteenth time) and they hit the bar, if that goes in we lose the game most probably. However you''ve got to credit his character to come out the way he did on Radio Norfolk and acknowledge he was shocking and what a goal to make up for it at the end! He will go down as a club legend surely but last night was possibly his worst game in a Norwich shirt until 86 minutes.
7. League two for me this week and LINCOLN CITY v Notts County (Home Win) For the Norwich bet I can''t see anything other than Leeds ripping us a new one but I can''t bet against Norwich so I will go with Rhodes to score anytime.
8. I watched every game in parts, all be it about 30 seconds of QPR v Bristol City and I found the most entertaining game from the bits I saw to be Rotherham v Hull City. Great strike from Ledley against the binners and lovely header from McBurnie.
9. https://www.canaries.co.uk/News/2018/august/james-husband/ Good level for him, lets hope he gets his confidence back. Don''t think he is good enough at championship level so I am pleased he''s gone out to get some football.
10.
As long as Oxborough is getting games for the U23''s, I think it is a good idea. Doubt it will happen though.
Thats the thing though, Oxborough isnt playing for the U23s at the minute is he. He seems to be in limbo, no bench time and no U23s games. Should at least be in the bench if you ask me and get McGovern off the wage bill.
11. I remember years ago I think it was Sheffield United who never had a keeper on the bench when the sub rules was only 5 and I think it was Colin who was in charge. They had Paddy Kenny in goal and use to stick Phil Jagielka in if ever needed which I dont think was very often. The argument I would say is with it not being 7 subs shouldn''t you be able to pick enough subs to effect the game even if you have a keeper on the bench? Farke/Webber etc. knew of this rule is wasn''t introduced at the start of the season surely they should have thought about it and planned accordingly with signing players and having tactics etc that would suit or so you would think.
12. If Marshall was to be played in his natural position then I am sure he would be putting in the type of performances that he did for Millwall last season, its another square peg in round hole situation, Godfrey at CB, Pinto at LB, Leitner & Cantwell on the wings. We need to put round pegs in round holes. With an abundance of good RBs: Aarons, Passlack, Pinto even Martin I don''t understand why he plays Marshall right back and its no wonder his defending is a bit suspect as he isn''t a defender.
13. Krul Aaron, Klose, Hanley, Lewis Marshall, Leitner, Trybull, Hernandez Pukki Rhodes Lets start putting round pegs in round holes. Marshall is not a rightback and Tettey has been rubbish this season so far but won''t play 2 games in 4 days anyway. Subs: McGovern, Zimmermann, Godfrey, Thompson, Srbeny, Buendia, Cantwell
14. Stokes is a fantastic cricketer, England are a better team with him in it. Hes been found not guilty so can play. I don''t see any issue here.
15.
Lunchtime team news from @michaeljbailey Tom Trybull back and available. Kenny McLean picked up a ligament injury in midweek - out until the September international break. Ivo Pinto out of Saturday with a stomach bug. as is Todd Cantwell Jamal Lewis travels & is in Farke''s thoughts Superman is not 100% but should be ok if selected
How long has superman played for us Diane? Isn''t it a bit unfair having an alien with that speed and strength in our team!?

17. This looks like a very good thing indeed and something I did look at the other night when the had Middlesbrough v Sheffield United on. One thing I noticed was they didn''t have any half time highlights or if I remember seemed to show a replay of the goal but a fantastic service especially as some of our midweek games include trips to Preston, Hull & Reading.
18. So am I! I think I was worrying too much about the homegrown rule and totally forgot about them so I will have a revised bench of McGovern, Thompson, Leitner, Aarons, Srbeny, Buendia, Mclean.
19. Obviously if Lewis is fit, if hes not I would put Pinto in at LWB and Aarons on the bench.
20. I personally really like 3 at the back and I think it suits the players we have. I also think at a team like Sheffield United you need to be solid and defend well so I have gone with the following line up, thoughts on yours? Krul Klose, Hanley, Zimmermann Marshall, Lewis Trybull, Godfrey Pukki, Hernandez Rhodes Subs: McGovern, Thompson, Srbeny, Cantwell, Tettey, Pinto
21. Sweden for this week please: Brommapojkarna v AIK (away win). AIK are top of the league. For the Norwich bet can you get odds on Wilder to moan about at least three things in his post match interview!? Seriously though I will go for 2-1 City win.
