I think this may be my first negative prediction all season, but i think 3-1 to Fulham (Howson to score for us). I have a feeling we are going to play the lone striker and spend most of the game under the cosh with the gap between the midfield and Morro just too big. I am hoping the fact we are away means Morro may perform a little better, without the crowd on his back, he certinly cannot get worse!

Hey Barnett, just wondering whether there is a reason you love Leon Barnett, or was it just a random player choice?

Yeah i was a fan of him last year, but i think that may have been because i wasn''t able to watch as many games online as i can this year, or perhaps he was just a good championship defender and that is his level. It''s a shame Zak doesn''t have his pace, he would be world class then!

Norwich lacking sparkle minus Holt and Fulham determined not to lose 4 in a row.

Neither team desperate for points and content to share the spoils.

Fulham are a very underrated side.  When we played them at home, their amount of possession and ball retention was very impressive, and although we deserved a point in the end, they almost did a job on us.  Tomorrow will be tough, so if we''re still in with a shout towards the end then I''ll settle for that.  Hopefully Fulham will be a bit edgy after a poor run of late.  If Swansea can turn them over, then that gives us plenty of belief.

I would love to know the stats to compare with or without Holty, without him tomorrow be happy with a draw.

Fulham are a real Jeckyll and Hyde team. They can be outstanding, as QPR discovered; or have a real off day as Swansea found out.

Norwich are very consistent but struggle for goals without Holt. It all depends on what Fulham side we meet and they are due a result.

Again, Howson is important because he has given our midfield some genuine extra strength, so we compete better but otherwise I am struggling to get a feel for how the game might go, or the result.

I guess Dempsey is the main threat because of where he plays and runs from but all in all we might as well just go there and take the game to them with an attacking 4-4-2.

Take the BBC pre-match analysis and it certainly doesn''t look good for us:

............ The absence of his

Norwich equivalent, Grant Holt, is a big blow for the visitors, who have lost

all three matches in various competitions that he has missed this season.

Talismanic, indeed.

Both clubs are still chasing top-half finishes. Norwich last made the top 10

in a Premier League season in the inaugural 1992-93 campaign under Mike Walker,

while Fulham will be keen to at least match last year''s eighth-place finish.

MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

  • The last time Norwich travelled to Craven Cottage they were thrashed 6-0 and

were relegated from the Premier League in May 2005.
  • Fulham are unbeaten in their last seven league matches against Norwich.

  • Norwich''s last win against the Cottagers was a 2-1 triumph at Carrow Road in

the old second division in March 1986.
  • This will be only the fourth time the sides have met in top-flight football.

Fulham

  • Fulham have recovered the most points (eight) from losing positions in home

games of any team in the league this season.
  • Martin Jol''s side have just one point more than Mark Hughes'' Fulham did at

    the same stage last season.
  • The Cottagers have conceded 16 goals in the final 15 minutes of league games

this season, more than any other team.

Norwich

  • The Canaries are 19 points better off than they were after 30 games in their

last Premier League season in 2004-05, and have six more points (39) than they

managed in the whole of that campaign (33).
  • Norwich''s 15 headed league goals is the highest in the division.
  • They have now gained 13 points from losing positions this season. Without

those points they would be in 17th position.

Perhaps the thing to hope for: in stark contrast to last time. Is that Norwich are still in this game come the 70th minute!

Sorry, but I can''t see us winning, and without Holty we shall struggle to score.

We are surely due a clean sheet before long, and I hope that this is the game. The defence is slow and error prone, so I take Fulham to score at least once.

I''ll go for 2-1 to Fulham or 1-1.
