Which of you do not support England

Recommended Posts
God this thread is making my blood boil.

I am English Born in Norfolk lived In Norfolk all my Life Supported City all my Life. Even if my father didn''t happen to be Swiss I would Never support the England Football Team for reasons explained earlier on this thread.

I support England at all other sports and attended the Spain Game at Euro 96.

You are like the knobs that try and tell me I should support Manure when they play in Europe. I say get stuffed.

And frankly your comments on here remind me what I dislike about the flag waving hoards that infect beautiful cities throughout europe making me truly ashamed.
But most of the reasons mentioned in this thread are very poor reasons indeed, certainly not good enough for one to despise the English national team which I detect you do judging by the tone of your post.

As I discussed with a poster earlier. If you guys dont support England thats fine, each to their own. But please dont start cheering them on if by some fluke we manage to reach the final.

I think it''s genuinely pathetic for those who are English and who follow football to say that they will only have a kind of fleeting support for England, what kind of people are you??
I think it''s reasonably pathetic for a Leeds fan to be hanging around on a Norwich City messageboard, but live and let live.
Irrelevant.

This is all getting a bit ridiculous can''t all those that support England respect the opinions of others to remain neutral or support somebody else. And can those of us not supporting England just wish those that are luck and refrain from accusing them all of being fascist hooligan thugs? At the end of the day its the world cup we are all going to enjoy it, maybe differently, but its gonna be great. Then next season we can all get back to being united following the mighty Norwich City!!
Don''t give a toss about England, don''t even consider myself English, I am from Norfolk. Now if they had a national team it would be a different matter. During the world cup I will be supporting Spain for the simple fact they play the most attractive football and that includes if they come up against England.
*sigh* Please don''t go down the "I''m a nut job from Cornwall and we are a separate entity on to our own" route, lol Cornwall. We are all proud of our Counties and so be it. I''m immensely proud to be from Yorkshire and just because it''s the biggest county in the UK it''s unlikely anyone would dissociate themselves from their mother country. Hmm, maybe it''s a regional thing.

People think its pathetic that English are supporting other nations at the world cup, but hey ho........

Leeds fan Jonny has as much right as anyone to debate......I noticed nobody complained about City fans flooding Leeds forums.
Well said In Dubious battle.....instead of petty point scoring, maybe actual having a reasonable debate isnt too much to ask........
Since when wast he internet a place for that? I come here to have my spelling mistakes pointed out. Unfortunately Microsoft Word doesn''t highlight them and say things like "OMG u must be well thick you spelt dat wrong lol!" [:P]Enjoy your World Cup, Mr Whittle. Sorry you took my teasing a bit seriously. [;)]

As long as those who say they aren''t too fussed about England don''t jump on the England bandwagon should they make the semi''s or better I have no issue with them.

Resident Leeds Fan Jonny!
People don''t hate you for being a Leeds fan they feel sorry for you. You have the pretension of supporting a ''big'' club are arrogant enough to pretend your big rivals are Man Utd when they couldn''t care less about you (Huddersfield are your natural rivals) and worse still you go about pretending you have won the European Cup, now thats just sad.

I do agree with all of that. The champions of europe song is pathetic.....got smaller gates than us till, yep you guessed it....the glory huinting, win and gain promotion match with Bristol Rovers saw an 38,000 sell out.....In the play off final Leeds took 60,000 to wembley against Doncaster..........where were these loyal, die hard 38,000 fans when you got gates as low as 17,000 this {2009/2010} season???.........Leeds have a big away following, but even loyal Leeds fans must be pissed off, that one minute you get 17,000 the next 38,000.....think if you had sold out week in week out with 38,000 backing the team.....that may have driven Leeds on to win the title by a mile....instead leeds fans stayed away, Norwich stayed loyal and look who won the league......thats not meant to cause an argument with you leeds Johnny, thats just how i see it........do you agree or disagree that had you had 38,000 backing you every home game like you did against Bristol Rovers you would have clinched promotion earlier.....and did it piss you off that Leeds ''fans'' jumped on the promotion bandwagon???.........To me, Leeds, newcastle, Sunderland and Middl;esboro are the biggest glory hunters about at the minute.

Anyway...back to England.........
Perhaps I should set up a help group for self-loathing Englishmen like myself. At least then I won''t feel alone when I put on my Spain shirt, open a bottle of ouzo and tuck into my spaghetti bolognese whilst I cheer on Denmark. [Y]

To much diversity training and not enough patriotism.
Maybe, I always feel that patriotism gets in the way of things, we are all basically all the bloody same and by accentuating our differences we create more problems than we solve, but this is going way off topic. A Welshman who is not socialist, you sir are a rarity or am I being stereotypical?

Hesiltine, Micheal Howard, many many more, I dont associate the last governments policy on immigration and their obsession with diversity with socialism, more  a group of liberal nancy boys who neve move outside of the confines of Westminster.
