CiderkiddCanary 0 Posted April 14, 2009 I can see the education system still hasn''t reached Ipswich, that spelling and grammar is absolutely awful! [:P]

ca 1 Posted April 14, 2009 Don''t think Lisbie will be playing unless either Stead or Pablo are injured.
Theres only one Ken Foggo 0 Posted April 14, 2009 Gunn only has to stick a copy of that little speech on the wall of the City dressing room at Portman Road - he won''t need to motivate the players! [:D]
GJP 79 Posted April 14, 2009 I can''t see them giving us a spanking but last time we played Colchester at home Lisbie did worry us with his pace.
Chunky Norwich 0 Posted April 15, 2009 I think I''m right in thinking that the ''spanking'' Mr Lisbie refers to is what you can easily get in Ipswich for a fiver. I think he''s just trying to fit in with the local culture. Bless.
Camuldonum 0 Posted April 15, 2009 Dangerous ground I think. The spelling and grammar was sent internet to Norwich and then sent back down the road to Ipswich, the finished product by van. Norwich now print the East Anglian Daily Times and the Ipswich Evening Star and then send both back down the road.No idea if Norwich are supposed to alter the internet spelling or grammar but it seems that they didn''t. Pete Raven 276 Posted April 15, 2009 The story on the EADT site would''ve been filed in Ipswich. The correct version on the EN and PinkUn sites was filed in Norwich.Anyone care? No, thought not.And for Mr Lisbie to give us a spanking he would have to be playing in the first place. Not sure Jim would start a striker that hasn''t found the net for four months. I''ve talked that one up now...
