I can''t think why Fiorentina would cook something up about Norwich making an offer for one of their players. Who they don''t even want to sell. Or is this what happens when people think (wrongly now) that you''re a club with money?

Either way, somebody''s telling porkies! Or has Delia finally lost it and started bidding for players for us? Mind you, it''s not a bad first attempt if she has!

On Radio Norfolk this morning he basically said it was news to him that a bid was made.  Very odd though that I will grant you lol.

mr roeder is making monkeys (evil ones) out of people again. he hasn''t denied it at all, he''s just keeping a low profile as far as lupoli is concerned, we don''t wanna get in to a bidding war with italian sides.think it may have been lost in translation too. we probably made an enquiry

I think Roeder was being very cute with the Archant reporters last

night and they, being Archant, were happy to leave the whole affair at

one quote and form a story from it... all he said was "who does he play

for?" which is so obviously tongue in cheek that I''m surprised the

reporter asking the question didn''t tell Glenn not to move so fast....

Roeder seems to be having a lot of fun playing Archant like a fiddle,

they''ve no idea what he''s planning and so are running round like

headless chickens trying to get headlines.

Remember a number of years ago when the Evening News was "relaunched"

and their whole angle on the launch was that it was now a paper with

"teeth"... on the evidence of recent months, I think Archant would have

been better off relaunching with a picture of an Andrex Puppy enjoying

himself in a pile of bog roll, because they''re about as effective as an

investigative force!

There is no way that Roeder does not know who Lupoli is, he was Arsenals top youth and reserve scorer and was wanted by AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli.  Roeder is a londoner, every london based football fan knows who Lupoli is, and every friend of Wengers would know who Lupoli is. Every premiership manager would have known about Arsenes youth team playing in the league cup and going out to Man Utd in the Semi Final as well, Lupoli scored 2 in 5 games in that cup run.

Chill out will you! I''m not saying anything about wanting to believe anything! All i did was speculate as to why one side says one thing and the other says another. I''m not the one claiming Roeder''s playing games, just wondering what''s going on!

Have put on site 3 times now that Roeder said he knew nothing about Lupoli deal. You may not have seen them and my response was certainly not directed at anyone in particular.

No doubt we are all frustrated at claims and counterclaims. Remark was not meant to be personal to anyone.

Yes, i''ve seen what''s been said but it wasn''t me claiming that he was being clever and that he hadn''t denied anything. I''m just saying that someone must be telling tales!

Off course he is going to deny it, it makes more sense that way. He does not want it to be known that he is after players.
