Height issue?

Looking at the current squad and not including keepers, we have only three six footers in the club (Shacks, Doc and Spillane).

With the players signed and those rumoured, Clingan, Bell and Hoolahoop we''re talking 5'' 9", 5'' 10" and a weeny 5'' 6" .

Are we gonna have height problems next year?

Aston Villa are a small team (except Carew) and they did fine, so who knows? It may force Norwich to pass it along the floor.

It may force us to play on the grass, but when it comes to corners at both ends, we need some height. When Tiny was here, we looked like we could score at most corners and defend them well.

Don''t worry, I remember Roeder talking about how he thought strong big players were key these days, would be very surprised if at least four of his next signings were not large, (and not in a Hartson way!)

Clingan isnt huge but he is fairly big and is an aggressive midfielder so i doubt we''ll be bullied as much in midfield as we did last season at times

But (as WEEN_NASTY pointed out) our most rumoured targets are all under 6 foot. If we get those players in it seems GR is not sticking to his gameplan.
