well as much id hate to hendo leave, mcleod wud b a real catch for us. he young , quick, exciting and a gd finisher, just the kind of player we need. if we do get him ill go and get shirt with his name on the back next day - somone hold me to it

Hopefully this is true and if so it will double our signings, but at the same time reduce the squad even more.  Just had a quick look on the skysports transfers in/out page and all the other championship sides have signed more players than us.  Either there is going to be a flurry of signings before the deadline or perhaps at long last the youngsters will be given a chance.
