Captain Holt 522 Posted March 15, 2023 How? Why? If you were in that away end tonight and clapped them off, genuinely intrigued as to why?
S_81 828 Posted March 15, 2023 Because too many of our fans are happy with under achieving. Nor willing to do what it takes to show the club enough is enough.

lake district canary 4,540 Posted March 15, 2023 FFS. People clap because they support the team. No one pretends it wasn't good tonight, but a point away is a point away. Win your home games, at least draw your away games and that is promotion form...... ......just got to start winning more at home........

littleyellowbirdie 2,566 Posted March 15, 2023 (edited) I agree it's odd to have clapped them off tonight. It's not a technical problem with this squad, it's a character problem. Seems every time they start getting into a groove, somehow they bottle it. Maybe they're clapping because the away fans have come to accept that the players are what they are. Graham Paddons Beard 2,436 Posted March 15, 2023 The guys travelling there tonight can do what they like. Fair play to them. Better than a red button merchant like me shouting at the telly.
shefcanary 2,437 Posted March 16, 2023 We clapped because some of the players came over to clap us (albeit we were all out of seats and heading to the exits). So we clapped their clapping. Probably the clapping was the only good thing from them last night.
