Creedence Clearwater Couto 1,633 Posted December 14, 2022 Why will they allow a 3pm kick off to be televised, so football doesn’t need to be played at these stupid times? This could be miles off… but the early kick offs always seem to be quite dull affairs too. Atmosphere, intensity, everyone still half asleep.
First Wazzock 1,014 Posted December 14, 2022 Our game against Watford on the 2nd is being shown as a 3 O' Clock kick off. I'm assuming the fact it's a Monday and not a Saturday means different rules apply
Mello Yello 2,572 Posted December 14, 2022 TV Cash in the Canary Club Coffers....I don't suppose NCFC are disappointed with the early kick-off timing....

I'd imagine the TV companies would still want a 12.30pm game even if they could get a 3pm one.

I think floodlights flood the pitch with light whilst Skylights shine in supporters eyes. It's something to do with the lux values in mid-air. Or so I'm told. Don't ask me to explain further. I hardly went to school...

Perhaps it let some people down more than you. The only lux I am familiar with was 208 on the medium wave band. At least I can say I went to Eaton and can spell it.
