CANARYKING 708 Posted February 19, 2018 Just seen the incident for the first time, no doubt in my mind it was made directly at the supporters. If it was our manager doing that I would want him out ASAP.
Graham Paddons Beard 2,791 Posted February 19, 2018 He has cemented his legacy. Never beaten us with ITFC (and now never will) and celebrates his 6 minutes of fame by telling his own vile hoard to F*** Off. I actually don''t think he will see the season out. Watch this space. Wings of a Sparrow 1,708 Posted February 19, 2018 My Ipswich supporting mate says he gets abuse at every home game. Even considering who were talking about, I would say it’s pretty 5hit thing to do (by the fans).Be careful what you wish for.
Graham Paddons Beard 2,791 Posted February 19, 2018 I think his contract is up in June? So they could easily pay him up and stick one of their thugs like "Chambo" in charge as player manager .Or maybe "Micky" Mills - they have several black and white photos of him around their ground.... Darth Canary1 92 Posted February 19, 2018 It was clearly directed at their fans, my cousin has been mccarthy out for a couple of seasons now, he gets a lot of abuse
GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 2,035 Posted February 19, 2018 Their football maybe sh!t....but it might be the only way he can have them play that will keep them afloat and away from the relegation zone with their budget.Be careful what you wish for.....a false move in appointing their next manager ie a jewell or a Keane and they might finally get out of them his league after 17 seasons. Let''s see what gates they get in league one
Darth Canary1 92 Posted February 19, 2018 I actually hope he does walk at the end of the season, got a suspicion that he will get a new contract though
djc 0 Posted February 19, 2018 with all the fury being aimed at MM today by the 6 fingered keyboard warriers from Ipswich, there''s a whole load of suffolk sisters being neglected right now....
Rogue Baboon 0 Posted February 19, 2018 Some Ipswich fans seem to think he is destined for Barnsley
Sooty57 414 Posted February 20, 2018 Can understand why there has been a desire for change over the past couple of seasons - it must be awful having to watch that dross every week (for those that can still be bothered to turn up). Every team (including us) has been through periods of playing unattractive football in order to stay afloat, when there is not enough quality in the squad to do otherwise. MM is a divisive character with a very vocal scrotum (i.e. spends most of his time talking b0ll0ck5), but has managed to keep them punching above their weight for 5 seasons. Unless Evans starts investing in some quality players, which seems highly unlikely, McCarthy''s departure could well see them dropping quicker than a whore''s knickers. Their derby match will then be Colchester.

capricorn1 18 Posted February 20, 2018 It''s strange because as much as I don''t like the binmen or MM, he''s done a decent job for them considering what he''s had to work with. If Evan''s brings someone else in and decides to open his wallet transfers wise then that''s doing Mad Mick a massive disservice. I actually wonder if Evan''s wants it to go bankrupt, I know he''s propping it up but I can''t help but wonder if he''s playing some long game running it down where that part of his Empire can go insolvent and the debts written off. Maybe it''ll turn out he''s a City fan!!! :)
Crafty Canary 547 Posted February 20, 2018 MM has done a great job for the scum with FA resources. The blue filth''s ''fans'' are just too stupid to recognise the fact.
The Great Drinkell 51 Posted February 20, 2018 Had Klose not spoilt the party, and they had hung on to the win I suspect nothing or very little would of been said, apart from loving his passion etc.

Lower gates and ST sales will once again reduce income.Whereas we have had an almost root and branch ''clear out'' and restructure their approach has been little more than putting a bucket don where the water comes in.Of course the farmhands will scream and shout at MM to do otherwise would be to publicly recognise where their grubby little club is. Hurling insults at MM deludes them that it is only him holding them back, and once gone Robson would rise from the grave, ''porn star '' moustaches would be back in vogue for players and the stars on the shirt would soon mount up againThe reality is, without this delusion the farmhands have nothing - bar the memories of long gone fans.RIPswich
