Bomber 57 Posted December 12, 2015 Chelsea last week and Man Utd today and that with their two best players out injured - good on them I was trying to think how we would do with our two best players out but could not think of our best two - says it all really
Yorkshire Canary 118 Posted December 12, 2015 Better manager, better players and better spirit even though they have had shed loads of injuries. They are playing themselves out of trouble and booking us a spot in the bottom 3 despite our decent point today
morty 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Oh, I so wish we were Bournemouth :(
Highland Canary 78 Posted December 12, 2015 Simply a reflection that our club''s financial resources are incompatible with a PL team.
Bomber 57 Posted December 12, 2015 No Morty I do not wish we were Bournemouth all I am saying is that they are doing well and showing the desire and footballing ability that we so dearly lack at the minute - a point here and there will not see off relegation - a win now and again would not go amiss
morty 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Don''t forget to include their gezillionaire owner in your comparison though.
Highland Canary 78 Posted December 12, 2015 But that owner will likely keep Bournemouth in the PL. Depends on how low are your aspirations for our club:

im spartacus canary 0 Posted December 12, 2015
Don''t forget to include their gezillionaire owner in your comparison though.
Maybe but all the players they bought are injured and theyAre making a fist of it with championship players. morty 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Who was it we wanted to be like last time in the Prem, was it Swansea or Southampton, I don''t remember.Did you also want to be like Bournemouth last season, but not the beginning bit of this season?
mrs miggins 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Perhaps we should be like Bournemouth.....but only when they win...and not when we beat them 3-1 or with 10 men.
whoareyou? 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Both Rednapps are vomit inducing when they talk about Bournemouth. This is the same family that helped bring both the other two south coast clubs to the financial brink, one of which will probably never recover.
im spartacus canary 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Never want to be anyone other than norwich city , but if you can''t admit they are making a decent fist of it you know absolutely nothing about football ☺
CanaryOne 0 Posted December 12, 2015 We will never have a rich owner because the present ones would rather see us in league 1 than sell up and see us progress .
Herman 11,136 Posted December 12, 2015
We will never have a rich owner because the present ones would rather see us in league 1 than sell up and see us progress .
That''s just utter bollox and you know it. Yes,we could do with extra investment to push us forward, although no guarantee, but they are fans of the club and want to see us playing, and giving a game to, the best in England. Katie Borkins 1 Posted December 12, 2015
Perhaps we should be like Bournemouth.....but only when they win...and not when we beat them 3-1 or with 10 men.
Well said Miggo.Under Houghton we beat Arsenal and Man Utd 1-0 and still needed Man City and WBA to be "on the beach" come the end of the season. norfolkbroadslim 225 Posted December 12, 2015 Their rich owner is pretty much irrelevant at the moment, with their injuries. Don''t forget, Bournemouth are doing all this with Andrew Surman pulling the strings in midfield! [:O]
mrs miggins 0 Posted December 12, 2015 Yes well done Bournemouth. But also well done us. Especially as we''ve hardly signed anyone and haven''t been in the bottom 3 this season. We''ve beat Bournemouth 3-1We''ve beat SwanseaWe''ve beat Sunderland We''ve been above Newcastle all season.Lets not forget, the likelihood is that we will make signings in January, we''re not going to go the whole season only spending £7m (especially while selling the replacement for £6m) So we will also get better. There is hope, it just would''ve been helpful if we had made it easier on ourselves. My encounters with this deluded soul must have proven this over the years, and espescially this authumn.

Tetteys Jig 851 Posted December 12, 2015 They''re 2 points and a worse goal difference above us. Their work is hardly done.
