Redders Right Foot 22 Posted January 2, 2016 a long 5 or so minutes still to play out... but IF... IF we can pull out back to back victories and clean sheets, it should not be underestimated the effect that can have on a players attitude and decision towards us in the transfer window... Katie Borkins 1 Posted January 2, 2016
has Ofoe somewhat over indulged during the festive season?
He''s big boned.

Gainer the Gopher 0 Posted January 2, 2016 Now Rudd is on a yellow. He needs to reel it in a little or it will be 10 on 10.

kirku 1,339 Posted January 2, 2016 Good result, thought Vadis brought some much needed quality but the match really hinged on Wanyama''s dismissal. We''re on a decent little run now, long may it continue!
Katie Borkins 1 Posted January 2, 2016 I believe that is our first back to back PL win for years and years. Will check.
Syteanric 1 Posted January 2, 2016 this isn''t a dig at Ruddy but how much more confident do we look with Rudd in goal?Great performance and good result!
Katie Borkins 1 Posted January 2, 2016 Our first back to back PL victories for something like 54 games IIRC.Which I may not.
AJ 1,232 Posted January 2, 2016 Must surely be one of our best festive periods ever?!2 clean sheets on the trot as well which is so key in this league to win games 1-0 like today. It''s what we missed in so many games at the start of the season. It''s a shame West Brom bagged a late winner, but what a big three points for us. 4 weeks ago the table looked depressing, now I''m certainly looking above and not below. Brilliant stuff all round, not a vintage performance again, but the 3 points are all that matters!
OldRobert 38 Posted January 2, 2016 Great 3 points. Top class finish by Tettey after great footwork by Vadis. Really pleased for AN and the team Well done for winning 3 from the last 4. Happy New Year.[:D]
Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted January 2, 2016 What a tired and nervy display from players and supporters......... but never mind. This goes to show what can happen if you keep a couple of clean sheets so well done Alex and Declan because the goalkeeper clangers are notable by their absence and the manager has rotated and set up his side well during a hectic run of games.Mbokani should have scored but he did work hard and kept the centre halves occupied so overall he had a useful game. This may be an easily forgettable game but what a massive result when put into context. As someone said, we look well placed to attract new players and have a realistic chance of staying up.
