1. Why have you started another thread on the same subject as other threads ?
 2.
Funny that, I can''t recall ANYONE saying anything, other than Kane was useless whilst he was here.
Heres just 2 or 3 from threads such as recall Vaughan and that Kane He''s obviously up against some stiff competition, and has time to redeem himself, but Harry is shaping up for a lofty position on City''s ''''Worst ever player'''' list. Ulf the Wolf is still me favourite Harry Kane has had two very good chances to score one against west ham and one tonight and all we see is a side foot along the ground with no power behind it and as for Martin I didn''t think he looked interested all night In my opinion ncfc1902 wrote:After watching tonight''s game against a very average/poor side I would expect Chris Martin or Harry Kane to try and impress the manager for a starting place Saturday, both I thought looked slow on the ball and had very weak/poor/lazy efforts at goal and they just failed to impress me There was even one thread where he was accused of pretending to be injured ( broken bone lol ) so his performance would not look as bad. Strikers often need to be right place right time. Troy Deeney could not even get into the Walsall side and had very little time left on a his first contract. Went to Kidderminster on loan started scoring goals. Walsal manager sacked Kidderminster manager made Walsal manager brought Troy back rest is history. Bet WBA supporters said who''s this Llukaka guy. This is not saying Bamber is brilliant sign him but what it is saying as he did better last year than Afobe so how do you know wether or not he will be better than Afobe in the PL and if on loan no real gamble
 3. He''s rubbish. Just like that Harry Kane guy that we had here that many said was the worst player to put on a Norwich shirt. Put the fact that he played for one of our main competitors aside last year and he will probably be no better or worse than the £12m gamble of Afobe.
 4.
"Will be interesting to see if Neil''s gonna use him like Everton did as a super-sub type or plug him into the AM spot at least away from home (and possibly at home in place of Wes" Yer we spent £8.5 on him to be a "super sub", if he''s fit and match ready he will be starting. Everton only used him like that because they had Ross Barkley ahead of Naismith.
Quite right Jeromeeeeeee and reading between what was said he has signed for regular football so cant believe we will be leaving him out as soon as he is match ready. I have a hunch ( tin hat on lol ) he will be playing with Bamford, but probably way of the mark
 5.
I am seriously considering changing my allegiance to Blackburn especially if they sign Holty
They will be in league 1 if they carry on the way have been
 6.
What the fxxk does a kid who worked for the Civil Service bring to NCFC apart from sticking his hand up when told too
A lot more than you would
 7.
Our destiny is in our own hands but I''m still struggling to think of three sides that will finish below us.
What was the point in spending money on new players then ? we have beaten Swansea, Sunderland, Bournemouth, Villa
 8.
Against us they look like Suarez and Messi. Tonight they look like they''ve never played together.
Heads being turned by transfer window. Same happening at Leicester good time to play these teams with a couple of star players
 9. Now confirmed What a mess lol Curtis must be well impressed
 10.
Boufal or Khazri as a replacement for Redmond?
Lets hope not
 11. Swansea City have told Sky Sports News HQ that they are close to appointing former Udinese boss Francesco Guidolin as head coach alongside Alan Curtis. The 60-year-old Italian will work with Curtis, who was made caretaker manager after Garry Monk was sacked in December, until the end of the season. Welshman Curtis will continue to undertake the club''s media commitments and the Swans intend to reassess their manager situation in the summer.
 12. Thought he was right footed ? but will stand corrected if that is not the case. Cant really see it being anyone other Bennett
 13.
Redmond started 14 times we have W5 D3 L6 Not started 8 times W1 D2 L5 Win twice as many of the available points with him starting that not; lose twice as many games. Thats what you call an influence. Doesnt get more powerful than that - and has started against the big sides too; correlation to scoring first when have most dangerous players on the pitch. Does seem pointless bringing him on as a sub though. He is now horrendously out of form; just screams that we need him firing and quickly. No tettey no party maybe, but no redmond, no points.
Interesting this out of form bit as this mini bad run started again when he was left out.
 14.

Now that''s good news, loved the question" do you think it was because the mone was too good to turn down ?" Well done City.
Eddie Howe would have offered more, but he only really buys strikers.
Quite right Morty lol makes a change for Bmuff and Newcastle to allow any of the rest of the bottom half to sign a player
 15.
Very interesting stats on Redmond''s presence in the starting line-up. Out of interest, who were those 8 games against and were they at home or away?
In order of games they are Palace H DNS lost came on and scored Sunderland A STD won Stoke H STD draw Southampton A STD lost Bournemouth H STD won Liverpool A STD drew West Ham A DNS drew came on and scored Leicester H DNS lost Newcastle A STD lost Albion H STD lost Man City A DNS lost Swansea H won ( not in squad ) Chelsea A STD lost Arsenal H DNS draw Watford A STD lost Everton H STD drew Man U A STD won Spurs A STD lost Villa H STD won Soton H STD won Stoke A DNS lost Bmouth A DNS lost DNS = Did not start STD = Started PL games only
 16. Interesting results when he starts / does not start. He has started 14 times we have W5 D3 L6 Not started 8 times W1 D2 L5
 17. The odds on us signing Bamford have just been slashed - anyone know anything reliable ?
 18.

Some of you may mock but this season has all the hallmarks of our relegation season under Hughton. As the season progresses Neil''s desicions become all the more baffling. Why when we were playing well and comfortable against Stoke even with 10 men did he make two unnecessary subs which handed the initiative to Stoke? Nobody looked tired, so was he conceding the game there and then? Then today we are getting battered from minute one yet not for the first time Neil waits until the game is beyond us until changing things up. I know he''s a young manager who''s still learning, and i know that along with any other manager at this club he will always be working with one hand tied behind his back under our small time board. But we need him to up his game and fast.
Looks like our Alex likes to stick to his (carefully laid) pre match game plan. And almost nothing makes him alter it. Certainly a bit hughtonesque about that, and very far from being lambertesque...
Is that the same Lambert that f***ed Villa up and is now doing the same with Blackburn ? And once again I will say that I appreciate what he did here but since ?
 19. Seems to be a growing feeling that our manager should be sacked, Canary call and this message board seem to have a growing number calling for his head. My view is if we sack him our club will be in turmoil. The miracles he performed last year were there for everybody to see. Had we have lost in the play off final that would have been one of those things and we would probably of been top of the Championship right now.
 20.
Who is this willo and what''s the deal with ending every comment with an ellipsis the mysterious little devil?
If you check previous threads he always has the team spot on ( see last week Man City when it would have been impossible to guess ). When he says it is it usually is and in this instance he has said it is not it maybe.
 21. Vanwick said '' Lambert is in the right sort of job now, watch him fly ''. Lol with due respect to what Lambert did here they have not won in 5 losing 3 of those ( including Bolton ) and in those games they have managed a mere 1 goal. They are dive bombing towards the bottom 3 and their goalscorers have suddenly stopped scoring. This seems to mirror his time at Villa
 22.
Bang on Mrs Miggins.......
Thanks as always Willo a good attacking side then
 23.
We do seem to have had a number of high profile discipline problems in Neil''s short time in charge. Grabban walking out before the cup game in Rotherham, Ruddy doing his best Rocky impression in tombland and now ONeil last night with his mental challenge To many now for coincidence. I wonder what the issue is! I don''t remember these problems under Hughton or Lambert?
Lol you forget to mention Villa and the serious issues there. See Blackburn are struggling to lol And dont read that as I dont appreciate what PL did here just that he at other clubs had big problems
 24.
Funnily enough my first reaction was a yellow rather than a red but the Stoke bench & fans influenced the referee obviously.I didn''t mean to suggest O''Neil should have been pilloried, merely he didn''t warrant applause.
Must say hard one to call but the thing that makes these things harder is the inconsistency of refereeing. Yes a stupid challenge yes a red card by the letter of the law ( if you appealed, appeal would be thrown out ) but cast your mind back to the Villa game. Plenty of yellow cards for the same offence but no straight reds. Likewise our other red this year ( Whittaker 2 yellows ) would the likes of Rooney have been given 2 yellows ? Refs just need to be more consistent then these things would be far more black and white. The rookey ref in the Swansea v Sunderland should never have been given another PL game after he reffed us the other week. Assume Naughton will appeal but it does not bring the points back
 25. idiot i hope he does not play for us again the di(k Thats the spirit lets hound another good player out of the club
