Loan out the lazy players
jaberry2 replied to For the future's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Im too lazy to reply to this thread. Oh damnit you got me. -
One bad mistake doesnt define a player. However it was woeful his effort. I think at some stage you have to accept the likes of PP, Idah, Onel arent really good enough and we need to be quite ruthless in this respect to get a better quality player for the squad to kick on.
-
Lots of crying over Hwang already which is becoming a theme with some of the fanbase. Players do need time to adjust, despite us not having that luxury. Is starting to show glimpses of what he's about and when he gets used to our system and the players around him he will improve.
-
Correct and he opted to not sign a new contract and hence nothing is payable. He saw Norwich as a passing through club rather than one to grow on. He would of outgrown us pretty quickly according to various people in the game touting him for big things. Shame we couldnt tie him down, but clearly Poch rates him as featuring recently.

Liam Gibbs; Our new striker?

Hopefully this never happens. -
With what has been agreed with Webber and the club. The wider needs need to be considered rather than people thinking the onus is on Webber.
-
I imagine it has been agreed or the short list has been whittled down further. Will take time to be announced and has to be inline with what has been agreed with Webber as well.

Sainz I believe will be a stand out player for us creativity, when fully fit. I think he is by far our best technical operator having known about him for a little while now. Rowe due to his age will no doubt struggle with consistency, but hopefully can nail down that position.
-
Sainz will be introduced slowly. A positive result against Birmingham which we can build on will make fans forget for a little while the recent poor showings, if we can first win and carry forward some momentum. How did Forshaw play last night?
-
Like Michael Starr has stated, he needs time to adjust rather than being written off by our fanbase straight away. I appreciate we cant afford that luxury, so hopefully he can get up to speed quickly.

Bring back this striker
jaberry2 replied to For the future's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Its standard this. Norwich fans calling for loan signings to come back immediately and be our savior. However 1. he most likely doesnt have a recall (IDK to be honest nor care) 2. He is not ready for our first team. -
Bring back this striker

Norwich fans love to try and recall players from loans if they score a goal, being that they'd be our saviour basically by themselves lol -
Krul was pony. I'm shocked to hear anyone thought otherwise. Such a liability

Leicester in terms of their first team and bench are miles better than anyone in this league. Players we have can't retain the ball to the same level. It may of been a different result if Duffy's header went in, then people may of changed their tune. Hwang looked good when he came on but I thought he faded swiftly. I still feel we need another really good central midfielder who can run a game. Im surprised we haven't really gone for a top loan in the centre of the park.
-
I think Forshaw if he remains fit will be a regular starter for us. Im just looking forward to Sainz being fit now.

Far from an easy game in my eyes. Stoke have thrown up a mix of results this season. Going for a narrow 2-1 win. Guessing Idah will be starting up front too..as Hwang is apparently not ready.
