I’m very relaxed. I think we’ll do well next season. I just want to see the club carry on the good work with the academy and recruitment by future proofing the top of the club.

Webber is part of the problem as well. As he keeps saying he’s going after the end of the season does that mean he’ll take Farke with him? We need clarity ASAP so we can concentrate on having a good PL season without any self inflicted distractions.

The Pozzi Family wealth might have something to do with it and the fact that Watford borrow players from sister clubs might help. We don’t have that luxury.

If we don’t sign Farke up for a longer contract who’s going to sign for us? It’s going to make our job that much harder if the potential players know he’s off in 12 months time.

Why, he’s a poacher, he’s clinical. The one thing he’ll get at Norwich is plenty of chances. We need someone to help Pukki and Defoe is a different style to what we have already. He may well be too old now but someone like him.

I agree with most that has been written. if Skipp doesn’t return I’m thinking Rupp can do his job. They both worked well prior to Christmas before Rupp got injured and Sorensen as backup. I’d definitely send Idah, Martin, Barden, Famewo and Big Andy out on loan at Championship level. If they make a decent fist of it at that level then they will be prime to play for us should we get relegated again. One player I’d really like to see play for us is Defoe. I appreciate he’s probably too old and wages might be too high, but I feel he can do a job coming off the bench. He’s quick and clinical and may want one last go at the PL. I feel Buendia, Max and maybe Cantwell will be gone. This will net us £90-100m. If Norwich are to be bold why not buy Ivan Toney? Villa signed Watkins last season why not go for Toney? If he does well we’ll make on the deal, if he doesn’t cut it he’ll be great for the promotion campaign the following season if we get relegated. Who we replace Buendia will is the $100m question. If we can solve this then we’ll be fine next season, otherwise I feel we’ll be a bit toothless in attack.

I’m not whinging I’m just pointing out that we still have quite a way to go to get a decent PL midfield. What we’ve achieved this season is outstanding and I am not knocking that. There's no harm in mentioning what needs to be done to make us more PL ready and for me Kenny is not PL material.

Tonight proves the ongoing problem we have is that we are too weak and not mobile enough in midfield. The sooner Webber/Farke upgrades Kenny the better.

The remaining clubs will be less attractive so Sky would want a refund to compensate.

If the big 6 leave next season Sky will definitely want a refund.

How can Norwich budget for next season if we don’t know if Sky will ask for a partial refund on the TV money if the SL goes through?

Sander Berge looked a beast of a midfield what I’ve seen of him.

If it goes ahead and the 6 clubs are removed from the PL then this will make Norwich a top 20 club (the club’s objective). We will benefit from a reduced TV deal (let’s say half £50m pa) which is more than the Championship, we don’t have debt, a high wage bill. We would have a better chance of staying up, a better chance of winning something and thriving. Just a thought. PS I am against the new SL proposal for the sake of the collective.

With this new Super League being a possibility, one thing Buendia, Aarons etc need to consider is if they move to say Arsenal or Spurs they might forego playing for their country. They are both young and can you imagine them giving up playing with Messi etc? Just a thought.

If it needs to be approved by 14 clubs surely the 6 would need to ‘buy’ 8 votes?

I listen to Darragh MacAntony The Hard Truth. It’s down to earth as it is and all about the football industry and current football events. BBC Football Daily 72+ is a good as well. Sky EFL podcast Along Come Norwich All are very good. The Hard Truth is my favourite.

I forgot Barden, Mair and Sinnani. Yes another year on loan unless Sinnani has a blistering pre season in that case they might keep him to be used as sub for his unpredictability. If he doesn’t work out we can always loan him out in January.

I would send them all out on loan. Add in Sitti to that list. I would expect us to buy some more talented young players off the lower tiers who are about 2 years away from the first team to gap fill some of the gaps in the Under 23’s

If Spurs take back Skipp and let Winks go, would they let Winks come to Norwich on loan?

I have a confession: I’ve been quite critical of Cantwell on this forum, not that I thought he was a bad player I just thought he had a long way to go to be the player people think he is already. My confession is Cantwell has matured greatly since the Bournemouth game (when he and Buendia were taken out of the team for attitude problems). Cantwell is now looking a real rounded player I hoped he’d become. I’m looking for a great pre-season and Cantwell taking his game up another notch. I’ve also been critical of Dowell in the fact that I said the jury is still out and what we had seen (up to his recent run) has been underwhelming. Dowell has started to raise his game and show decent form enough to see why we’ve bought him. He looks if he keeps progressing a hybrid of Stiepermann and Vrancic. Like Cantwell I hope he has a really strong finish to the season and an excellent pre season so he take take his game to the next level in the Pl. Congratulations, well done to Cantwell and Dowell.

Not a bad list. I would add Dyksteel and Fry at Boro. They looked good when I saw them play admittedly this was only a couple of times.

It all depends on who goes up, who gets sacked, team budgets, player sales and purchases etc it’s far too early to speculate.
