1. Derby have a rare bad game and Mac gives the players a collective bollocking for putting in a below par performance. We have been under performing since the season started. Has Adams actually kicked their ar$e yet, and if not, why not?We are stumbling along to mid-table mediocrity with a gifted amateur at the helm. Derby actually have a proper football manager.
 2.
Despite the defections to norwichtalk there are still a lot of people on here who just can''t wait for us to slip up so they can have a go. 45 minutes of poor football and the overreactions start. People who you don''t hear a peep out of all week who pop up on matchday and wet their pants if we concede a goal. Quite frankly I can''t understand why you bother watching.
Mmm.....you don''t really understand banter & wind-ups do you?
 3. Cardiff are imploding...... we''re 3-2 up. who said we would win 4-2?
 4.

it''s just like watching Brazil 2-2
what!!! you were saying just minutes ago????
that was sarcasm! more a case of Cardiff relaxing and sitting back on their lead.
 5.
I think these are the games where Adams will prove his merit as a manager... if we can rescue a point (or better) than that will speak volumes...
are you kidding? this has CH Mk2 written all over it!
 6.
This is really poor. In my opinion we have the best squad in this league by some distance. We need to be showing that in performences and were not.
if we have the best squad, then why are Cardiff finding it so easy to play us off the park?
 7. sack Adams now...he hasn''t got a clue and January will be too late.top 6? that''s a joke.
 8.
In part what this demosntrates, as with our search, is that there are not that many obvious candidates out there. And it is interesting that Neil Lennon, widely touted here as the best choice for us, has either been passed over by Palace or is not yet ready to move back into management.
McNasty has him on a retainer - just in case!  [;)]
 9. With old jug-ears banging on about Leicester at every opportunity, we wouldn''t have got a look in anyway!
 10. Do we really need another average striker? We seem to attract them like flies!
 11.
Oxford, your yoke must be a heavy burden, its hard being a genius unrecognised in your time. I know how you feel dear boy,
It is indeed a heavy burden Jenkins, especially when nobody can accept the fact that I am right and they are wrong.Unfortunately my impeccable record is somewhat tarnished as I persistently came out in support of Hoots and did indeed forecast that he would still be here now! Ouch!
 12. Only problem I can see with Adams taking an early bullet, as he surely will, is that McNasty has Lennon ready and waiting and primed to take over. That is, of course, unless he gets beaten to the punch by the Smiths who would much rather have that nice Gary Holt.
 13. I got howled down by this forum two years ago when I said both Pilko & E.Bennett should be replaced as neither were good enough to be in our team. Then, we might have got some decent money for them, but now we have to take what we can get and be grateful. Can''t see Benno being on anybody''s shopping list after Sunday and as for Pilko knowing where the goal is, as he usually turns back towards his own goal as soon as he receives the ball, then I suppose that''s right.
 14. Well, that''s Plan A fooked, now for Neil''s famous Plan B - or even Plan C!Did anybody seriously expect things to be any different?
 15. It''s not just Neville''s voice, which was in danger of sending everyone into a coma, it''s the fact that the guy just kept droning on and on and never shut the fack up!
 16. Freedom to play, or not, does not explain his abysmal choice of final ball and his shooting ability last season.
 17. He has previous connections with Derby, the club suits him and vice versa. Plus, their fans are under no illusions about how good their team is. It''s shite and McClaren has worked a minor miracle to keep them in the play-offs. Expect him to get the brolly out if they manage to claw their way into the P/L.Would I want him at Carrow Road? No! Except when he brings his team for a thrashing.[:)]
 18. Unless Johnson has signed an extension, he is also out of contract in July.
 19.

As I seemingly keep having to say to the same people - fortunately what''s posted on here is a matter of record.
Certainly is Nige. If you like I''ll trawl through the posts to find the ones where you''ve (and the other inners) have said, over the last few months, that CH was definitely here till the end of the season at the earliest, and we''d all better to get used to it.
I''ve said that Reggie - and was frankly astounded that he has been given the push at this late stage.  It defies logic really, but that first half performance  was abysmal.....Onwards and upwards.
I also hold my hands up as one who said he was going nowhere and would still be here next season.Should I grovel do you think? Or is that going too far?I am always of the opinion that the current board, manager and the players should have the full backing of the supporters and that backing is then transferred to the new personnel when changes are made. That is the way we progress as a club.
 20.
It does seem to be an issue, inverted wingers, when playing with our strikers up front on their own. Everyone seems to have an opinion and rather than argue about players best positions isn''t it just a case of observation. Snoddy on the right wing all the time has not worked. Why hasn''t it been changed, surely we are giving the player more chance of succeeding if he is in the middle or on the left. I''m looking forward to august, hopefully our new management will set up the team to the players strengths.
Still not working, I see!Hoots knows nothing about football, obviously!
 21. Hughton won''t be going anytime soon, unless he wants to. Relegation is extremely unlikely and why would the board sack a manager who is doing what they are asking him to do, that is, keeping us in the P/L without breaking the bank. Why risk bringing in a new man with no guarantee he will be any better and who could be an awful lot worse. Playing pretty football will come further down the line as the squad is strengthened and the dead wood discarded. He stays for me.
