Ditto on Maggio but we could never meet Napoli''s valuation. Another player i would love here but is highly unlikely is ''The Atomic Ant'' aka Giovinco!! Fantastic player with a brilliant low centre of gravity. Impressed at a very average Parma team and was prob the only notable player who had a good game at Carrow last summer. Its becoming rather annoying how some posters are stating about having grievances towards Lambert. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and at this moment in time think he is the biggest scumbag going. Thats not to say it will change over time. I respect that my 20yrs of supporting the club,he, along with mike walker have been the best managers i have witnessed at the club. But now what he has done in those past 3yrs means nothing now in the manner in which he left. Like other posters have said ''i support the club''! In the same way with players who come and go. There''s nothing more satisfying to see them go elsewhere and fail and realise the grass isn''t always greener.

It is looking increasingly likely that we''ve snared our 1st choice manager so what sort of up and coming friendlies can we expect? We all know Lambo was notorious for his german training camps and was wondering if Hughton had any similar games or places that he went from his newcastle and brum days?! I would quite like to see us take a tour of the states once. A lot of top teams now play friendlies out there and would be good if we could test our boys against a galaxy or roma. Tbh i feel we have more than enough cover to replace holt. People seem to forget Moro scored 9 goals last season and with a fit again Vaughan (fingers crossed) and jacko,with maybe c martin back in the new managers fold,we hav an able strike force and with more refs not bein conned by holts ''touch me and i drop'' antics i can see only 1 more striker coming in.

Its about time we had someone at this club playing hardball. For years we''ve had too many ''yes men'' who back down when players throw their toys out!!
