1. One win in eight, mini injury crisis, the toughest run of fixtures you would want; yet we''re 6 points off third, have come very close to taking maximum points in several recent games and not looked like caving in to anyone. I''m more than happy all things considered
2. I take it ''Kackson'' is a typo and not a freudian slip.................
3. What I saw was a load of police control 2250 Leeds fans. 2250 Leeds fans who were apparently coming to Norwich to eat our children. Although Leeds were about in numbers in The Prince of Wales, Rocco''s and The Compleat Angler, They were kept out of Riverside and denied a chance to get anywhere anyone from Norwich who thought they were hard enough. At the end of the game they were cleared from the stand to ease tension after a number of seats were ripped out in the away area. They were then escorted away, with the others allowed to make their way towards county hall. I also saw several Norwich fans who were thick enough to not realise they would not be allowed to walk through the baby eaters, and simply had to walk an extra 30 yards through the car park to avoid it all. One cock insisted he be let through as he always went that way, but got bounced by the police. After the amount of bleating on here in March, what did you expect them to do?
4. Love it! I like the indignation of the poster on youtube as well - well put out.
5. Anyone help me with the other centre half - not starting with H? A mental block................................
6. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/gallery/2010/mar/27/norwich-city-leeds-united-gallery#/?picture=360902464&index=14 That picture of Martin made my year
7. He had until today to respond - he may request a personal hearing. It won''t be dealt with until he answers the FA
8. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/i/ipswich_town/9206995.stm I like the tone of this article - he''s on his way
9.
12 women and children to leeds
I was also thinking more about the body count than the score. I think the snakepit will be harder than Leeds though...............
10. Surely only one reason is enough? I''m from Norfolk, they''re not: It''s genetic and I have no choice.
11. Some on here will experience their biggest home gate in the next couple of games. Makes you think when you realise our average in our first season in the old division 1 was over 28000. Without getting the books out, the biggest I recall were the 34000 for the ''73 Chelsea league cup semi final, and the relegation decider against Palace with 36000 in the same season. Seems mad to think we used to pack that many in, even up to 42000 before my time.
12. Holt has the same odds as Shergar missing the Derby
13.
Was it the fur coat that turned you on to the idea? Davo
Made a career out of middle aged ladies full of sherry. Fur coat, no knickers if you get the picture...........
14. I can just imagine the scenario where Hucks parks his motor in someones drive on a Saturday afternoon - Oi, get off my drive - **** off I''ve always parked here!
15. Option 1: Fur coat clad, drunken majority share holder shouting at The FA. Option 2: Well educated Luvvie sniping eloquently via the internet. Option 3: Dignified silence in the face of the injustice that is regularly done by incompetent officials. Most people understand that wrongs in football are very rarely righted. Our only hope is our team do their talking on the pitch.
16. If only Andy Murray could keep a rally going this long........................ Who''s serve is it?
17. Forget all the crap ref stuff/we was robbed etc and concentrate on the battle ahead. They''ve found a bit of form, and despite our recent struggles and injury problems, we are still right in the mix and full of spirit. All we need now is Holty to avoid jail and it''s all set up for another ding dong! Can''t wait for another chance to rub their noses in it. Chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge!
18. I think it''s Lambert who''s in for the biggest problem - it''s his third red card in two seasons - one for Colchester last year v Yeovil and the Tranmere game. I expect him to be spanked soundly. Holt might be lucky if they look at the video properly. I''m not certain if Karacan be charged if the ref saw it and decided there was no offence.
19. Any player who lunges at an opponent when challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force and endangering the safety of an opponent, is guilty of serious foul play. Not Guilty M''Lud.
