  1. Anyone know if there is still access for the Public to training at Colney?I know there used to be, and I think for some periods in the past there was no access, and then for other periods access was only permitted on certain days.Just wondered if anyone new the current position? Thanks in advance.
  2. He basically wasn''t getting enough game time, and was worried that, with Internationals coming up, his place in the international side might being under threat. So he asked AN about a loan move to get some games.
  3. I''ve had log in problems where I haven''t been able to log in for months, in spite of knowing user names and passwords.Contact emails, in the event of password resets failing, have bounced back to my email, even though they give you the email to send it to, and I click the link to it or copy and paste it.The last few days topics hardly load frequently - feels like the whole site is grinding to a halt, and needs some serious investment!
  4. FIFA imo have become the biggest joke of modern football.I think Blatter has been in charge for so long, he is probably likely to dictate that when he eventually dies, FIFA should be run by psychic''s following his instructions from beyond the grave!Giving the World Cup to Qatar seemed bizarre to many, and subsequent deviations from the original plans at the expense of so many other clubs and interested parties, means that the whole viability of the original bid must be questioned.Clearly these questions don''t seem to have been well considered when the original bid was assessed, and appear to have been brushed aside since! In my opinion FIFA has totally lost credibility.I just wish there was a way that football could step away from FIFA, set up a new governing body, bound by new president election rules (restricting the years one president can hold office) and having more rules around accountability, and transparency.Won''t ever happen though!
  5. Thanks for the info - got him back on twitter now - why would anyone want to hack his account!
  6. Has @Johnruddy86 removed himself from Twitter at the moment?
  7. I don''t know about not giving credibility to the match sponsors verdict on man of the match, but this seems quite conclusive!http://www.whoscored.com/Matches/830325/LiveSorry - don''t know how to post as a link you can just click and view! Can anyone help with that?
  8. Back spasms are weird - they can be extremely painful, but with the correct treatment, they can completely disappear just as quickly as they came on in the first place! A bit like a severe cramp can. That being the case, if they are confident the spasm has totally stopped, he could well be ok for tomorrow night!
  9. Personally I don''t think Chris Martins head was in the right place when he was with us. I think he thought he was a big fish, and was too young to handle it. He thought he had made it, and took his foot off the pedal/went off the rails. For that reason he would never truly have made it at Norwich, because he needed the kick up the backside of nearly not making it in lower league football to make him realise he couldn''t take things for granted.Said kick up the backside has worked, and he''s flying now, but that kick couldn''t have happened at Norwich - shame really, but players are people, and people react differently!
  10. Wes being injured for a few weeks may be no bad thing as it forces a change of style, but his injury situation sounds quite bad, and no Wes (even as an option off the bench) is not good for the team if he is out for months, or even the season imo.
  11. Halloween is such a great night for a football game for those with kids! Doesn''t affect me but must quite a few! We''d already rsvp''d for a Halloween Party, prior to this change, so I''ll be missing the game - another case of the fans being inconsequentia - in TV not Club terms!
  12. lol - too lazy thoughts!I''d go with Jerome up front on his own - capitalise on the wingers pace!
  13. Not seen a thread yet - so for meRuddyMartin Turner Hooiveld OlssonJohnson TettyRedmond Howson MurphyGrabban JeromeJust lazy thoughts - I''m sure people have their own ideas!
  14. They are all crab, but it might take a little mussel to shift this thread!
  15. Ignasi Miquel  signed - wonder if thats it for the day? Hope no outs!
  16. Gone to Bournemouth - can''t help feeling we need a new winger or two if Redmond goes!
  17. Why for less money than we received for them mrs miggins? We bought Becchio at a premium and didn''t use him, so his value is very low. an we already have about £16M in the transfer kitty following sales, even after our latest £4m acquisition! Financially we are still good, we just need to buy wisely if we sell tomorrorw, and then we''ll be football good too!IF we hold it together, we definitely have a stronger squad than the last time we got promoted!
  18. Looking at the tweets now - I think the whole thing is a wind up! If it is, it shows great spirit and p*ss taking and great banter! Sign of  good team morale!
  19. In the Twitter thread the players appear to be talking about "someone" leaving, who isn''t in the thread, and who hasn''t told them he is leaving.  They appear to be disappointed with that, but Hooper is included in the thread, so maybe, reading between the lines, Redmond?
  20. Unbelievable - its like 6 losses and the manager should be on the verge of sacking, but four wins and he might be poached by other clubs! Some people really need to temper their opinions, and not react so much to the immediate highs and lows - do these people really realise how much it would cost the Club if it reacted to their fickle comments?Fortunately we have a Board who, who are adult and business like, if not always entirely correct, but hey - we all make mistakes.Following supporters whims on here would have resulted in us not even having a Club - we would have been bankrupt 10 times over, or at the very least, have a debt as big as Ipswich! Why not just accept that there will be highs and lows in this season, and as long as the highs outweigh the lows and we are well in contention for the top six or higher, then we are in with a good chance of our aim of promotion. If thats the case then there is no need for any discussion about sacking our manager or him being poached, he shouldn''t be sacked unless we seriously under perform, and he won''t be poached until he has achieved someting tangible - at the moment, as he well knows, he has achieved neither! So in the meantime, lets just get behind him and the team, and see what happens!
  21. Subs: Ruddy (GK), Johnson, Becchio, Hall-Johnson, Toffolo, McGeehan, Awuah.
  22. Rudd; Martin (c), Cuellar, McFadden, Whittaker; Jacob Murphy, E Bennett, Surman, Josh Murphy; Jerome, Loza.
  23. If "She" stepped aside we would be bankrupt within a couple of months. Is that really what you are asking for? The end of our Club?If that''s not the case, please explain how this scenario would work in your idealistic world!
  24. !Hi pal @paddyjdavitt just to clarify mate no niggle been fully fit all pre-season.." Slightly worrying - whats going on?Last thing we need - we need unity! This need to be nipped in the bud now - the Club needs to make a aknowledge this has happened, and clarify whats ging on now!
