Sadly most people on here will be more interested in taking another pop shot at hughton for playing him rather than be worried about snodgrass Really hope he is ok as no matter how poor his form is , he always appears commited to the cause and on his day a great player

Watching it now and ts interesting stuff. Once again one thing that comes across is how hard Chris hughton works and how seriously he/we are taking the scouting and finding of good players. Whilst I,like others, are verging on joining the hughton outers he obviously has some very good qualities

Forgetting the ridiculous racism accusations, what really concerns me is that the England Manager thinks the best way of motivating a team or giving instructions is to tell such a rubbish joke. I know Hodgson himself said he doesn''t give Churchill esque speaches but this just seems a rubbish way to make a point. I wonder if in back of his mind he knew that a storming performance against Chelsea on TV could have seen him pushing Hart. Never mind sure the big man will back to his best against Arsenal

Whilst I tend to agree with the sentiments here. Imagine what the hughton outers would have been saying if Turner or Bennett had made a mistake and Bassong was on the bench!

I thought that was a great second half performance. Bad second goal but we could easily have won that game. If we can play like that against weaker teams then we will definitely stay up

For me Fer Is a quality above our other players, shown some quality already. Need to get him involved further up and laying on passes for RVW, Pilks and Snoddy

There have been a lot of posts questioning both of these players. In fact some have suggested that without Bassong we are doomed. I thought they both had a great game today. Even with Stoke having more possession in second half they really didn''t look like scoring

Not convinced re Elmander but wolf wasn''t holding the ball up and that is probably what we need

In this really a serious suggestion? Why would we sack hughton and replace him with someone who has just been sacked by a championship team and never managed in the premier league?!?! What is there to suggest he would be better than hughton other than the fact his dad was a great manager?

Not worried about RVWs work rate. He is clearly a natural goal scorer we just need to get it to him in the right areas. As much as I loved Holt and his work rate, used to be so frustrating seeing him battling all over the place but then had no one in the box
