1. Open Day tomorrow would be better. Sit-in on the pitch would be the perfect protest.
 2.
I still think we will stay up, but how many do you think will turn up to these games?: First game of the season: (H) Exeter? Johnstone Paint Trophy First Round: (H) Morcambe They look very appatising games... So, how many do you think will turn up?
Hate to burst your bubble but we can''t get Morecombe in the JPT as they''re a Northern Team. Even if we were somehow classed as North (like King''s Lynn in the BSN) we couldn''t in the first round as the first round is divided into 4 sections. The South East section this season was:Dagenham & RedbridgeBarnetMillwall Colchester UnitedNorthampton Town Brighton & Hove AlbionSouthend United Leyton OrientI believe the first round draw is seeded aswell, not 100% on this though
 3.
absolutely spot on u could tell from his voice that he felt the referee was clueless. Its nice to hear what is said from a referee to a player in situations like this, and when he said the referee said " well he kicked the ball away from goal" and marshall replied "yes" but then responded with " but its still a foul" you have to wonder how he can justify giving a penalty which should only be given when a clear goal scoring chance is denied. Absolutely mad
Not going to justify the refs decision as I haven''t seen the incident but will pick you up on something. It''s a red card for a foul resulting in denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity, the foul and the fact that a goal scoring chance is denied are seperate. It is possible (like the ref gave today) to have the foul without the goal scoring opportunity being denied
 4.
Another of Grants classic signings that has shown little or no ability but is Scottish.
He was brought in in the Summer of 2006, Grant didn''t turn up until October/November. Can''t blame him for this one.
 5.
The ball was played back by a city player (it hit him more than was played). From the highlights it''s a very tough one to call. There was certainly no daylight, but he was probably a tad in front of the defender.
Daylight rule is gone, it''s now any part of the player that can play the ball. It''s why alot of these that seem level are given. I think alot of these people moaning about refs, especially when they judge it on a tv reply after the game, should give reffing a go. It''s not an easy job, you can''t see everything.
 6. They showed the home derby, they never show both home and away. They don''t do it for any team why should we be any different?
 7. You try reffing youth football week in week out. You get some right idiots, been doing it for 3 years now. Don''t know if I''ll give up my sundays next season, the abuse gets worse every year. And since the respect campaign, I''ve had it in the neck about that. It''s hardly my fault the FA launched the cmapaign is it? Saying that the majority of parents will greet you with a "good game ref" afterwards, there is a minority of idiots though.
 8. You didn''t make it sound nice the first time round. The joys of reffing Sunday league means I''ve had my fair share of abuse, been pushed about a fair bit and spat at. Also taken a few punches in my time but that wasn''t in reffing.
 9. Lose agaisnt Cardiff and it should reach fever pitch. If fans can keep supporting the board after that they truly are deluded.
 10.

What did roy blower do out of interest?
I wasn''t at the earliest organisational stage… I simply got involved in organising petitions for him outside every turnstile (I know, it seems quaint now doesn''t it) which led to a couple of sly punches to the back of my head (when I was facing the other direction) and some gobbing in my face too (an old woman none the less… really rather vile!)… but gradually it took on a momentum of its own.Roy was very successful in using the press to spread the word and also he managed to organise a couple of big meetings at St Andrew''s Hall, which were fantastically well attended. And then, you add in the gun powder of young buggers like myself (at the time) getting a bit uppity during the game, and letting people know that you''re headed for the main entrance after the game, and before you know it, there is a sizeable gathering. Its no good doing that bit any other time apart from during the game, as it relies on people being hot-headed and not necessarily thinking about the actions that they are about to take… when the blood is up so to speak! And before you know it, the Met have arrived and it all kicks off…Now all flippancy aside, I would have thought that Delia and Co would not like to see that sort of thing happening… its very much like a civil war, it splits friends. Its never pleasant. But it might focus her attention on wether she really wants to remain in charge of such a poisoned atmosphere!Think that covers it!The one thing to bear in mind, was the last protests lasted months, we don''t have that many games left!
We need some people to stand up then. Not be afraid to get the abuse that will follow and try and get the message across. We need an experience head to start it and I''m certainly willing to be one of the "young buggers" to help it along
 11.

What did roy blower do out of interest?
I may be wrong as I wasn''t about in the Chase Out days due to being too young but I think he rallied the troops outside the ground and stuck his head on the line to make sure the protests acheived their outcome.
That''s quite a myth, it was fan''s on the terraces that started it, he may have been one of the hangers on but we, the grass root fans got the ball rolling.
Well as I said I wasn''t around at the time so all I have is hearsay to go on

 14. From my quote from a Burnley fan thread" "Burnley are a far smaller club right now than Norwich yet our fans simply would not put up with the same crap you have been doing..... it seems the Norwich way is to whine and whine but in the end just lie down and take it.""We are currently sitting watching our team be destroyed and all we do is whinge
 15. He is hopelessly out of his depth. It''s not his fault and I can''t see changing a manager would change much now but we musn''t renew his contract.
 16. "Burnley are a far smaller club right now than Norwich yet our fans simply would not put up with the same crap you have been doing..... it seems the Norwich way is to whine and whine but in the end just lie down and take it."The season is as good as gone let''s show the board how we feel.
 17. "Fotheringham wants out of Carrow Road after being overlooked by new manager Bryan Gunn"He''s played nearly if not every game under Gunn. Makes me doubt the article tbh
 18.

Weymouth FC face going into liquidation & possible expulsion from the blue square premier league with debts of £300k.http://www.saveourclub.co.uk/
May sound like a silly question but we are currently bemoaning the lack of a reserve games for our reserves - why not loan them as many of our players as we can? So what if there is nothing financial in it for us - at least our players would be getting games, especially some of the youngsters who wouldn''t otherwise be considered for first team action.
There are rumours that Peterborough are sending 3/4 fringe players down on loan for no cost to help them out. Would be good to give some of the youngsters some experience
 19.

They had to play their youth team the other day as the first team went on strike due to not being payed since Novemeber. Got hammered 9-0
... and their fans earned about a million quids by betting against them. Some of this money could go a long way saving them... 20.

They had to play their youth team the other day as the first team went on strike due to not being payed since Novemeber. Got hammered 9-0
And there''s now an FA investigation into the betting that went on the game - over a million apparently.
Yeah, some people seem to have got news of the strike before the bookies did.
