  1. I don''t think Hooper has done much at Sheffield Wednesday either and doesn''t seem to be first choice unless he has been injured. Ricky meanwhile - well, it started well at his latest club at least. Not that I care.
  2. We took a very defensive and safety first approach to football as a small team and thin squad in the biggest league, with the apparent ambition of finishing 17th. I suspect in the Championship with a similar squad (bigger fish, smaller pond) he would have set us up quite differently.
  3. Funny old world, football. Maybe no DoF for us then.
  4. Technically, "Alex Neil going to Rangers end of season" Is not incorrect. QPR have their last match of the season at Carrow Road, which is therefore their end of season, and Alex Neil will be there (one assumes).
  5. Not everybody needs to be. Leaves plenty of time to get the beers in and talk about birds #epicbanter
  6. I''m high as a kite and listening to some hardcore Grime.
  7. "Ah calm down mate, it''s just a bit of banter." This is what pussies say because they haven''t the courage to stand behind what they said. It''s like a "Get out of being punched in the face free" card in Monopoly.
  8. Anyone who uses the phrase "banter" should hand their tongue in. "Banter" is a shorthand excuse for racism, sexism, homophobia and discrimination wrapped up in a ready made excuse blanket.
  9. Agreed, if it were Fulham v Sheffield Wednesday then I might have a glimmer of interest.
  10. I can say that in my opinion it is bad. Very bad. And that''s what I said. I wasn''t suggesting I own objective reality. Just that in my opinion he is truly awful.
  11. So did the Luftwaffe, and I didn''t like them either.
  12. I''m a reasonably crap musician, but I have no time for that fey purveyor of indie lift music. His chord progressions are predictable, his lyrics are banal, and to quote a far better vocalist and lyricist, his songs "say nothing to me about my life." Nick Drake, John Martyn, Richard Thompson, to name but three musicians who are Premier League to Sheeran''s Vanarama Conference.
  13. Anyone with the lyrical incompetence to describe someone''s face "crumbling like pastry" should put the guitar down and go and learn how to plumb.
  14. That is tragic. We need another bout of conscription for a war.
  15. Nick Hayward recorded "Wouldn''t it be good to be in your shoes", didn''t he? I can see an Ipswich fan singing that to a Norwich fan. Ed Sheeran is gash anyway, music to wet your bed to.
